Really appreciate the idea of celebrating the process versus the results. More so when it comes to spots/competition. Specific to MMA, two fighter can work their ass off. If they fight each other one wins, one loses. But there's nothing wrong with losing if you worked your ass of to win. That should be celebrated alone.

Literally for me cardiovascular endurance is the most important aspect for me in terms of fitness, it just feels good that your heart is healthy and you can go longer in exercises or sports. Don't get me wrong, strength training, mobility, flexibility all are very important too but something about your heart racing like crazy in duration workouts is fire.
Celebrating the process more than a win is something all human beings should apply to their life. Thinking about how good the single outcome will feel without understanding all the hard work and progress along the way is a great way to set yourself up for a sort of depressive state, feeling like you peaked at the win.
Dave Wood the breathing coach is the secret weapon for these champs they really should keep that a secret though don't let the enemy see behind the scenes they will try to use that to their advantage.
