They look very similar to Sea Bream we get in the UK, which are VERY good eating fish
There are various types of sea-breams, tsipoura is one of them and indeed, it is very good to eat (and expensive to buy).
I can assure you the gilt headed bream is the best tasting bream of them all due to its fatty content
