Madagascar. Lemurs Park and Tsimbazaza Zoo

For our final days in Madagascar we head back to where we started in Antananarivo.
And our guide, Tristan, has got to know us so well he tailored the perfect ending.

Think it's a Madagascan Fish Eagle that you see in the small enclosure

I'm not so sure, beak seems too short and legs not long enough. Madagascan Fish Eagles also have quite prominent white heads.
I'd say it's more likely a species of Buzzard, but couldn't say for certain.
