@@lucymooch5821 I agree that behaviour will encourage an accident but having driven extensively in the outback there is ample things that can and do go wrong… even if you are driving responsibility
@@batmanlives6456 But I only replied to your comment which stated "this can happen to anyone anytime" which it cannot if you drive correctly. Other type of break downs are inevitable in the outback.

Wow what a story. As all other comments glad you are all ok and massive respect to everyone involved in getting you sorted and safe. Seeing this has made me wonder about margins though for sure. A few years back on the way out of Canarvon in my 200 series towing 3.5 ton van, (twin axle) had a rear passenger side blow out, I mean disintegrated, and yet she stayed true and other than the noise not sure you really felt it happen. Difference was as well though I was on black top. I sit here wondering what made the outcomes so different? Any informed comments people?
when you air down your tires too much you will overheat them on the corregations and thats what gives you the blow outs. Better to keep them hard while towing
Dogs choose to fly with Rex. Makes perfect sense.
Even though it was a very bad trip to and from Birdsville it was good to see everyone was ok including little 4 paw.
Glad to read everyone is save and sound. Greetings from Mexico.
This was very interesting footage
Got some good footage from the plane …. Hunter looks like a great dog, but aren’t they all ! I wish you guys all the best in the future.
Hope you are okay, just wondering it how fast you were going during the blow out? Thanks
hope all are OK from trip
thank you for share this video
hope better trip next time around in Australia out bush
A rude reminder this can happen to anyone anytime
Just glad to hear all are ok
Sorry Batman that's incorrect. It will only happen if you are going way to fast and driving like a bogan in those conditions.

@@batmanlives6456 Agreed it is not always the case. But in this case it was. And nobody can fix stupidity not even the best mechanic.

Huh? Blown turbo (replaced in Birdsville) and now you need a new engine?? What did the mechanic do then?
My own thought. And a new motor too. Hell one expensive trip.!!

Was the camper trailer able to be saved, the triton didn't look too good I'm glad everyone ok
Wearing the high viz with open sandals !! Hello !
Did the blown turbo hurt the engine bearings? PM me I know an engine builder that can assist on the Gold Coast.
geee what a trip thought the plane was going down next lol good to see everyone is ok ..have a wonderful xmas
The trailer looked too big for the tow vehicle, but looks can be deceiving. Glad everyone is okay, though.
Should of used Chuck Berry song roll over Beethoven as music
Sad to see this....
So what is happing need a story teller don't no what is happing
Not much actually if you've flown in an airplane before, but great stuff for suburban bogans.
Was Tony's 4wd a 3lt patrol?

@@damianritchie2788 the 3lt is a diesel i meant a 3lt Nissan patrol not petrol
