  • I devoured this short story on a flight and I HIGHLY recommend it. Such a strong voice and narrative command in this retelling of the Pygmalion myth. Madeline Miller gives a voice to a woman who was never allowed to tell her own story, or to end it the way she wanted. Brilliant!!

    Oooh do more short stories. I'm mind blind(can't make mental images), so longer books just can't keep my attention. I may check this out though
