A little low-brow if you ask me. As viruses and bacteria are generally a bit heavier than air, their largest concentration would be closer to the floor unless the HVAC system was designed to circulate it efficiently. During a heating season, this generally happens due to natural convection, but in cooling seasons the opposite is true. Even in a cooler climate, you'd be better served by an in-duct UVC system.
