I wouldn’t buy them again or recommend them with this name. I bet certain stores won’t even sell them. Trying to be cool won’t get them any points with me.
They probably just named it to be a little edgy, ala "Liquid Death."

It seems like the two things would work against each other- caffeine/ Ashwangha. One amps you up & the other is supposed to be calming. I’m one of those people who doesn’t believe in any of their claims.
Its kind of like having a glass of wine with a cup of coffee

I wouldn't wanna buy something called "Gym Weed" either, but you would never be able to buy THC products at freaking Vitamin Shoppe 🤣
You go to a dispensary for drinks like those. I've seen them all over the place since it became legal in my state years back, but honestly I don't like the effects of either THC or CBD. (Cannabis does really help a few of my family members, though.. Not as a "cool" thing, but for pain and stress management.)
I am favorable however of functional mushrooms and ashwagandha (they work with caffeine to give you energy and a clearer mind) but I am that person who peeves over the size of the can.. 😂
I just take them as pills, anyway.
I am glad the products are available to those who need them.

😂😂 all the people panicking because it says weed on it lol everyone take a deep breath, cannabis is not harmful. There's a reason why there's medical cannabis and not medical alcohol or medical cigarettes 😂😂 symptom free from ulcerative colitis everyday from medical cannabis. The perception is so 1940s still (not saying you guys are like that, you guys are cool and are just explaining the market side of it)
I would have been turned off by the name initially. I was thinking CBD. They need to add a better description on the front like powered by mushrooms. I’m choosing the pineapple #1 and #2 the sherbet. Great review.
Once the cool kids have taken videos of themselves with a can on TikTok, I don’t think they will spend money on another.
I would be turned off by the name instantly also. From the name I would assume it contained CBD instead of mushrooms. With that said there have been a lot of scientific studies on mushrooms that have shown promising results. Ashwagandha is also very powerful. The thing is there is no way they are giving you enough to get the benefits. It’s probably only a relatively small amount. I would just drink mushroom coffee and take a supplement if I wanted those.
I was thinking CBD as well not mushrooms.
I agree with the name. The benefits stated on all the energy drinks cracks me up.

@@TamiDunn I totally get what you mean, some of the benefits they state are actually true with regards to the ingredients but the problem is most companies don’t include enough to achieve the benefit. It’s incredibly misleading as the dose you take matters.
That’s why I have a lot of respect for Ghost Energy that label how many MG of the ingredients you are getting on the can.
Next let's name a drink "alcohol" because it doesn't contain alcohol

My first thought was of the drug. I wouldn’t buy for my family esp for my kids. I don’t judge but I don’t need to promote and it’s too confusing for people to interpret the name

After glancing at the comments, seems plenty, myself included, agree with Kevin and would be turned off by the name and would never even give them a chance. Poor marketing decisions, that’s for sure. Appreciate your trying them though and providing the background info!
In a side note, not sure if the chocolate pb Jif has showed up in stores near you yet… (it appeared here sooner than expected which is shocking since we always get things months after they come out) but it’s pretty good! I like it much more than the chocolate spread Jif used to make!

Denmark gets mixed up with Holland a lot regarding weed lol... It's illegal here while in Holland you can smoke it at licensed cafes. People do still smoke it here however... had my fair share of 2nd hand highs lol... Never really got a affect from it tho... my friend got the munchies...
I would assume the wording of the name is because weed is a suppressant/relaxing feeling "drug" and the gym is relaxing for many people. I love to workout because it helps me release all the energy I have and therefore am relaxed after. I could legit give the energizer bunny a run for its money.

I asked Ashley about these today. She doesn’t buy energy drinks anyway, but she said there’s no way she would buy these because of the name.
At first I wasn’t bothered by the product name but carrying it around in public actually might feel a little weird now that I think about it!
That’s a great point. I wouldn’t want to carry it in public. I also don’t think our daughter would be allowed to drink out of a can at work. She’s a teacher & it doesn’t set a good example. Not that she would ever buy these anyway.
These are absolutely awful. Some of the worst energy drinks I ever made the mistake of buying. Drinks like these is why I rarely stray from Java Monster or the Monster line I like. Size and price blow crap like this away. I'd rather eat a weed than drink any of these ever again.
I understand; they cost too much & life is short so stick with the sure thing!
