The reason they say to refrigerate after opening is, if you don't plan to drink it over a few hours, the Electrolyte's start losing their potency. My Mom's doctor suggested she drink Electrolyte drinks, like Propel, but to refrigerate it to preserve the electrolytes if she couldn't finish it within 5 to 6 hours.

Wheni used to drink these, way back when, when I used to go to the gym I tried similar drink but was never a fan. For me I’d prefer water. Thanks for the review.
I would rather drink plain water as well. I just don’t enjoy all the salt. It’s totally different when it’s in a potato chip 😄

You’re right, the calories would be misleading at a quick glance not seeing the serving size. In the past when I tried Powerade, they did have a light flavor. In my opinion, Gatorade has a stronger flavor. The sour apple is my choice. Great review.
I don’t enjoy the salt in Powerade, but Ashley has always chosen them.

I would really LOVE these in diet... I use the blue one when working out! or the red if I can't get blue. Grape & Orange barely have any taste to me in the zeros.... so I stick to Blue & Red. However, I really hope they bring these out in a diet version...
They should definitely make zero sugar versions.
I really like Powerade it's just lighten flavor I tried the regular ones and it have a lighter in flavor and I never tried to sour ones I don't know they have sour ones at the store but I see them on my phone but I don't know they have them in the store
I am not much on sour flavors but , I might try the apple.

I love Powerade but I drink the blue or the grape Zero because it doesn't have any calories in it. I would buy them all if they came in zero.

I drink Powerade Zero every day (I need the electrolytes/salt). They are lighter in flavor than Gatorade. I like both brands, but Powerade is cheaper.
They have a new strawberry one in the zero sugar that I've been enjoying a lot though.
Give it some time!! They just came out so it’s definitely possible to see a zero sugar version within the coming months 😇
I do not drink sports drinks at all. They are not meant to be a casual drink but to replace electrolytes lost from illness or a hard 4 hour workout, playing soccer, football and the like where you lose them through sweat. To much electrolytes can cause blood pressure problems, heart rhythm problems, tooth enamel erosion and other problems. Even when I spend the whole day walking through the bush when I'm working I do not lose that many electrolytes. So if you are going to drink them please be careful. My niece ended up having a heart arrhythmia problem and ended up hospitalized. She would drink sports drinks just because she wanted to hydrate herself even though she was not dehydrated.

I tried these and was disappointed that they were not sour at all atleast not to me.
Thanks for the video! I have always found these drinks so salty, but I totally get that they are for people that need to replenish what they are losing through vigorous exercise or sports. Professional Athletes have coolers on the sidelines that keep all these drinks pretty cold. Once they're open, they are drinking them pretty fast or dumping them and starting another. Kids are a different story. I just wish these people wouldn't mix flavors - I would just like wmelon or cherry or orange, rather than mixing cherry lime, etc. You know what I mean? I guess I am in the minority on that. hehe

I'm a runner, and these types of drinks are a "necessary evil" for me (especially in Florida)... They aren't "delicious" and I cannot understand how people can drink these as a recreational beverage... weird.
I don’t find sports drinks that good. They have very little taste. And if I need to hydrate I’ll drink water or pedialitw
