Those look awesome! I can tell they must have been very tender and soft ❤️ I've never seen a recipe that tells you to have the biscuits touching - seems like a great idea because it would help them rise together!
Yum! I have a pack of bacon to use up, but I'm putting it in potato soup. When I make biscuits, I like to make them either plain or sweet (with a crunchy cinnamon sugar topping!)
I make cheese and bacon scones, which are much taller, and serve with soup or a chicken casserole. Kevin, you are right. You can add a little English mustard powder to the mix. If you want to you can add some of the cheese that you tried a few videos ago.
These look great. Brushed with melted garlic butter when they’re just out of the oven sounds like they’d be even better. These look like the, is it called, Red Lobster biscuits? Thanks for the review and recipe.
These biscuits look n sound delicious. Thanks for baking these up for us. Only thing that’s not right is two of them sitting on a plate in front of me hot out of your oven, lol! 😊 Enjoy them and spread a bit of butter on them….yum.
I would REALLY need to reign my need to eat all that bacon before it even makes it into the biscuits LOL. I love freshly cooked bacon....... This one would be hard LOL and they look amazing and sound so delicious...
I could eat that entire pan of biscuits!! 😋They look Amazing!! I have been fortunate enough to eat at the Magnolia Table in Waco and it is incredible! I didn’t get to try these biscuits, but did have the plain version and they were SO good!! Maybe I’ll get to go back and try this version! Loved this cooking review!! 😍
I have been to magnolia farms bakery and tried their prize pig biscuits and I was just thinking about if there was a site on RUclips that showed how to make them and now I know. Thank you guys very much. I’m gonna try it later this week. The first time I tried them we had left Magnolia Farms heading back home to northern Texas, just above Dallas and about an hour and a half end of the drive, I ate one, if we hadn’t driven that far, I would’ve turned around to go back and get more.
Similar recipe to an English cheese scone. In Cornwall we had a cheese and chive scone with cream cheese and onion chutney, it was delicious. A savoury version of a cream tea!Yummy
They look great. The only thing I would try different would be to make the biscuits without the meat and then add bacon and egg, sausage and egg with cheese , tomato whatever. I just like my bacon on the chewy side, and everybody has their own likes. Killer recipe.
This inspired me to make biscuits for breakfast. They look amazing.
Thank you 🙏🏻
