Large micro cloths best things for vans.wiping over windows in morning ,standing on when wet or dirty feet, wiping the floors over etc, invaluable you will use for everything ,get a couple so you can rotate use worth every penny about £12 _15 quid
That viewing tower is in what we Austrians call "Pre-Alps", to the south you're looking at the Alps. The mountain you pointed out with the glacier on top, is called "Dachstein" (3004 metres) and is the highest of this region of Austria. Towards the north you are looking at the (fairly) flat plain that goes up to the Danube. If you want to see something awesome, go to the Dachstein, go up by cable car and walk through the "Ice Caves" underneath the glacier (Dachstein Eishöhlen).
Re taking magnesium. It can upset your tummy when taken in tablet form. Better taken transdermally. Both of you will feel the benefit for muscle recovery, use magnesium oil/spray/gel. Will make skin tingle/itch when deficient. I also use the flakes to have a foot bath, no room for a bath in a van! 20 min soak with magnesium flakes. Dr. Sircus has alot of info on magnesium. Safe travels.
Just found you guys , enjoing the blogs, with regards to the dirty van entrance, I find that puppy pads on the floor work a treat, and are disposable, keep up the good work 😀
FYI, it is highly illegal in Austria and Germany to camp outside dedicated camping grounds or next to the roads. You risk very heavy fines in case you come across a policeman that got up with the wrong foot ... ;-)
That opening pull-up spot was gorgeous, really came through in the drone shot. You were not gonna let go of that hummus were ya love? A day well spent 😊❤😊
Magnesium REALLY helped me with my anxiety! I always keep a bottle of magnesium citrate powder in the pantry so I can just add a teaspoon to a glass of water and drink it quickly if I'm having a panic attack. It works faster than the pills. Magnesium was WONDERFUL for me to discover! 2 other techniques that help my anxiety subside is bundling and walking. Walking (NOT running which would just make you feel more fearful) forces your breathing back into a normal pattern so it's great if you have tingling extremeties or lightheadedness or other symptoms of shallow breathing. Bundling mimics how we felt safe in the womb before birth. A therapist told me about it and it helps me a lot. You wrap yourself up tightly in a warm, comfy blanket, like swaddling an infant. I like to use an electric, fleece, heated throw blanket. It really stops your trembling and shaking and makes your insides feel less buzzy. Lastly, I do the 54321 Grounding technique. This pulls you into the present moment and out of your head. You name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can touch, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste. I hope she feels better. Anxiety is awful! LOVE and HUGS!!
Thanks so much for this comment, this is really helpful to know. I'm a big fan of the bundling style technique and have my own weighted blanket which i love to have on when i read and i'll try that 54321 technique next time it flares up. Thank you so much, Martha☺️❤️
Could I suggest something I found via home shopping delivery.. I found the the pre made version but quite expensive... I really love them now as a vegan substitute to meatballs... But sweet potato and chickpea falafel balls.. very simple to make and goes perfect with a tea time meal

I can’t be the only one who did a squeal when Mitch just casually flipped his arms backwards in some contorsion thing after the run ?!? 🤣
Ah, youth... I almost remember what it's like... yeah, it was squeal-worthy!
