I just tried this. It's so effective. I let the time run out when I'm on top of Stark tower and the vents reappear. I get a million of studs in a matter of minutes. Thanks!
If you get Iron Man Mach 42 suit you can hover over the tower and bullseye 5 air ducts or whatever they are at a time. One shot will take them all out. 5 seconds later they reappear and you can keep doing that. WAY faster way of racking up studs and you don't have to run around collecting them, they just shoot right up into your bank. If you have the 2x multiplier you are looking at racking up 40k-50k every 10-15 seconds.
Instead of having to keep going back up the heli-carrier destroy all but 1 of the airvents. It will cause them to respawn thus allowing you to destory them all easily once again.

The multipliers are crazy, seams like cheating to me. But yeah i agree, I actually unlocked characters using the above method and only realised the multiplier "cheat" long after i had completed the game and getting all the characters that I wanted LOL

I know I’m Late but if you get a bigfig like venom and a use you second to jump off the helicarrier you can switch characters and the bigfig will still be up there and you can just do the clap with your bigfig and repeat the process you’ll get studs fast
I just drove around in one of the cars for while knocking over lamp posts and any destructible lego builds you find. takes a while but you get there eventually. your pretty much set once you've got the stud x4 multiplier

There's also this one level that can give you a million studs in 30-40 minutes! the level with the taco on it, its about galactus and doctor doom destroying a city. You have to get a million studs but the thing about this level is it gives you blue and purple studs more often. see if my technique worked.
There is a way to get I think more than 25k studs, go to the crane or how is it called (The yellow tall thing). There are many blues, and on the tallest point of the crane, there is a PURPLE stud, which gives you 10k

you could just spam for a while where the hulk buster suit is at, destroy 7, not 8, but 7 and they will regen really quickly and keep destroying them i did for about 4.5 min and got 400k without the stud bonuses in deadpools room :)
easier way Is grabbing a fast car and hitting the stuff on the side I got silver surfer in fifteen mins by doing this starting with 134,000 studs also go to the stan lee golden statue, destroy it, get the PURPLE stud that is supposedly so rare, fly a little ways away, and come back and it has respawned. so this video has some good cash making stuff, but so do I
The best way is to complete the Deadpool mission a shock withdraw, then free play the level and get the Deadpool brick collect ghost studs (300,000 studs) then just keep marking things on the map and getting the studs each is worth 2,000
If you go skydiving then use a big carricter because you have more chances to get the coins and make sure your other carricter is a small one otherwise you dont see anything
Get the collect ghost studs "cheat" and multipliers if you can. Then set something as your destination and collect the red studs (they are worth 1 000 each).
much quicker way is to farm the minions that spawn during the M.O.D.O.K. fight in the sub. Use Ironman or some one with 1 shot blasters get the 10x multi kill multiplier then collect coins while leaving Modok alone. Rinse and repeat. You can get 30k in like 15 seconds lol.
The easiest way is to go to the level in Latveria then activate studs times xy and play until you have to free human torch and Nick Fury. Then go to human torch and destroy the doom bots without freeing human torch and do that a few minutes and while you kill them you get a counter x10 and collect them. Thats how i got 1 billion studs
You should just fall off the helicarrier with a multiplier and stud magnet and keep doing it and just fly back up when u finish the falling part and when you have enough to buy more multipliers and should be able to get to the billions. Took me 15 minutes
I found an exploit with the stark tower don't use a big character , use any laser shooting character destroy multiple of the vents but not all from how the game is program they will respawn with all their money try it out
I just did it on xbox 1 when your on stark tower just do 7 of them and fail the last one and then it starts again and the money things respawn just 2 get it out there try it

Use Storm on the fire; much faster than the the gun, plus you can be sure to grab all the studs as you go.
I find it more efficient to get a big character like Hulk and clapping the flames out

Sometimes I get a car that can shoot and drive on the side of the road sweeping left to right , in either china town or down town.
If you have studs x48 (which I do) you can just kill the Sentinel 8 times

Get all the multipliers and go on a rampage with the SHIELD APC as you will earn millions upon millions of studs.
Unlock the Red studs Red brick (bank level) and follow Deadpool from the bottom of the map and set it to a location in inwood.
