It depends on what you're doing. Most of the work you do for screens don't use the full adobeRGB spectrum, so unless you're doing very sensitive work, you sould stay sRGB so your colors are closer to what other people would see.

@@jinjibiris You're right actually. Sony and Nikon have truer to life color rendition, and that's not desirable sometimes. And it's the reason why people go Canon for "better" skin tones. Cause Canon allegedly does this trick in-camera which makes colors less accurate but more appealing.

Import both images in Photoshop as layers of a same file, select them both, edit, auto-align them if they were not taken with a tripod, once that's done, edit, auto-blend layers. You should be good with the default settings.
