Spot on Derek. I didn't appreciate just how good these cars were until I drove them. Nothing better for the money in my opinion.

Everything about this car is just superb, the shape, the colour, the boot and inside such as the seats and even steering wheel. Vehicles like that should not and never be got rid of they should be maintained as much as possible so that they will last as long as possible. They're so brilliant and also used for special events.
Absolutely right, super example in a great colour combination and incredible value.
Great programme. Love the Mk2 Fiesta XR2 in background. Those cars went well (especially round the arches)

Bangers And Cash Great Program !
I bought a 1991 Turbo RL three years ago and it's like no other vehicle I have ever owned! I will be buying another one soon as the one I have has a couple of small issues (cosmetic and electrical) but is still the best vehicle I have ever driven. I might just decide to have the issues sorted however, decisions, decisions. He's right all you want to do is drive it. It's like sitting in your lounge and the world passes you by. Just make sure you know a man that can for maintenance purposes and you will not look back. Properly maintained and you will have no major issues and use it at least once a week. Go on treat yourself and you will not regret it.
Absolutely beautiful. I plan to own a Bentley to stick alongside my 911 and Audi A6 Black Edition rep mobile.
Great to see and enjoy watching the cars go by. Only one criticism is stop the rag wash, all that’s happening is any muck and dirt your pushing back into the paint or transferring onto the glass/chrome that you’ve picked up on the cloth potentially scratching it or adding the dreaded swirling. Keep up the greet family run garage and look forward to more BnC .

Ma786sai Dua Deeek absolutely delightful to listen-in to your wisdom. I wanted to retouch the cream Connolly dash on my 1982 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit. The cream is faded in places and scuffed. Where May I obtain the appropriate cream colour or dye to re restore my dashboard? I live in India. God bless you.

Superb hobby car, perhaps motorcar would be more appropriate, although I'd prefer a more dark and understated interior.
They're gorgeous but really only a proposition for weekends for the ordinary bloke in the street... Unless you own an oil refinery

Fuel economy will be a bit iffy.
A friend alway"s recounts the pleasures he had, when owning his 1979 Jaguar XJS V12.
He never managed much more than 15mpg, but the pleasure of ownership.
That pleasure may become an issue when your refueling the thing.

A beautiful example for sure , but my Bentley Brooklands 1995 is even better , champagne colour -what else, and super low mileage. A head turner where ever I drive it ..

@@marcusashwell8314 I brought my example just over 3 years ago from a classic car museum here in New Zealand. It was sold to me as being in immaculate condition, with low mileage etc,. Even so shortly after I had the fuel Injection system overhauled and a few other things. But to answer your question 48 thousand N.Z dollars . And yes I am still spending money on it . Always the way with these cars....
