I would have definitely glued the other part of the coupling that was cut to make that screw-in plug before closing the wall back up with concrete.
There is something called a master valve. You close it before you start any maintanance job. If you don't have one then you need to reconstruct the whole house from scratch.

что за смешное давление? у нас всё порвет!!! у нас в домах давление для городских квартир 4-5 бар. , у них судя по видео и один еле еле

О, оказывается иногда воду можно перекрывать.
Как удобно, что случайно взятая велосипедная камера имеет тот самый размер, который нужен для случайно кем-то подпиленной трубы.
Эм... А зачем было протягивать вдоль всей трубы целый обрезок камеры, если можно было просто его разрезать и приложить сверху?
О, теперь оказывается воду снова нельзя перекрывать, надо на время ремонта затыкать трубу пенопластом...

En muchos países usan lo más barato para algo tan importante como es la plomeria y los drenajes ! En mi país por código solo se usa lo que está para eso el material de primera calidad por código sino .no se hace y es garantizado por más de 60 años.

2nd pipe fix would have been easier just to cut it off and with a coupling reattach

you overheated screw part, melted only top of the screw ... You may buy scricks for that kind of repair, and freeze water to stop the water
Why is this part of the waterline not covered by cement?
They took it out to repair the pipe after they drilled ola hole in it
If you watch close. The screw gos in way to deep. An getting more than 2 thredes is out of the question.
А вода не где не перекрывается, всё на прямую работает, первый раз такое вижу, пособие для тех кто не знает где воду перекрыть.
I'm no plumber by any means but I can already tell this method will cause issues down the road: (1) Over time, the screw will rust and get into your drinking water not to mention pieces of it rusting off and plugging smaller pipes down the line and (2) Melting the PVC on is totally cosmetic. When the screw gives way, it will never be able to withstand the water pressure. Lots of average non-pro RUclipsrs, in their quest for money, try to come up with all sorts of ideas or hacks but most don't work, some are just patches and very few actually last. Water leaks are serious issues and if not addressed properly, it can cause tens of thousands of dollars in damages. So don't just patch and do it right the first time... you'll sleep better.
He patched it with a piece of pvc that had threads melted into it, not the screw.
