ABOUT LAW & ORDER
Created by Emmy Award-winning producer Dick Wolf, "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," now in its 24th season, is the longest-running primetime live-action series of all time.
This hard-hitting and emotional series from NBC's "Law & Order" brand chronicles the lives of the Special Victims Unit of the New York City Police Department, an elite squad of detectives who investigate crimes of sexual assault, child abuse and domestic violence.
As commander of the SVU, Captain Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) is a seasoned veteran of the unit who has seen it all. Her team includes Sergeant Odafin "Fin" Tutuola (Ice T), Senior Detective Amanda Rollins (Kelli Giddish) and the newest member of the squad, Detective Joe Velasco (Octavio Pisano). Assistant District Attorney Dominick "Sonny" Carisi (Peter Scanavino) brings a fresh outlook to his cases while navigating the politics of the DA's office.

Every time Stabler rolls up his sleeves I already know it's about to be some smoke
PERIODT.
You know your in trouble when Stabler starts unbuttoning his shirt sleeves….
Now I know why Stabler worked internationally.
it was apparent pretty early on in the series that Stabler would end up leaving the SVU because of his temper, but Benson was able to keep her cool, it was a great contrast
Him having kids always made his job hard. He saw every woman and child as his wife or children.
The issue is that once he (and several others) left, the soul of the show started died.
@BobaDavis imo the new characters brought something new to the show. Once we got used to them the show was thriving. This show is amazing
@@insanity_5122 I mean, for a little while. After a certain point, it just became the Mariska Show. I didn't find her life outside of the job that interesting and once she became Captain, I expected to see less of her and more the newer cast brought to the spotlight. There's also a dab of *misandry in the show, because it demonstrates a clear contempt for men, even the male cops have been diminished - Cragen and escorts, really?
@@BobaDavisMisandry. Not misogyny. Misogyny is prejudice against women. Misandry is prejudice against men.
Fun fact: the actor of the criminal has played 5 separate characters in the Law and Order universe. The more ya know
Very cool - thanks :) he look like a cross between Rick Springfield and Rick Ocasek lol
And that's one to grow on...
Yeah I remember him working at the art gallery. The episode that rollins has her gambling problem and goes undercover
Was he in Oz?
*Insert pointing Leonardo di Caprio meme here*
Elliot rolling up his sleeves got me so hyped! While Olivia acted as the shield for victims, Elliot was the sword of justice that was willing to go to war for the victimized, even if it cost him personally in the end. Made him a flawed man but an excellent cop.
@@chellobuzzLol you're projecting
That is very backwards
Stabler was always the best, the seasons without him never felt the same
Agreed!
Agreed 100 %!!
Beurk
@@chellobuzzIs that what you say to your reflection every time?
"I um NOT uh deviunt!"
(elbow to face)
"DAAHEEGHH!!"
(falls to the floor)
I want to see Stabler interrogating a perp in Chicago PD Intelligence Unit’s “The Cage”.
With Voight.
That crossover needs to happen one day
They are in the same universe. So, it could happen. Benson was on Chicago PD for a cold case.
Stabler rolling up his sleeves is like a grass Pokémon charging up for Solarbeam… and the perp is a full-on water type.
👏👏👏
Lmaooooo a water/ground type of you ask me
A chokeslam perforned better than any WWE wrestler nowadays
Nothing will beat the undertaker, kane, or big show. But yes nowadays he did it better
Stabler doesn't belong in the SVU. He belongs in the WWE.
@@HuskyDog88 FOR THE LOVE AND MANKIND! STABLER JUST EXPLODED THROUGH OUR ANNOUNCER TABLE!
- Michael Cole Wrestlemania 32 vs the undertaker
@@Cheeeseyboi Imagine if Law & Order: SVU did a crossover with the WWE.
@@HuskyDog88 goldberg was on the show. Had to do with some company poisoning an apartment building and olivia benson almost getting fired
2:24 Reminds me of what Batman did to The Joker in The Dark Knight
When stabler rolls up the sleeves sh*ts about to go down!!
Elliot Don't Care Who He Choke or Hit😊😊
That same guy was the one that shot Meloni ( Chris Keller ) in OZ
Now I see his face, I can imagine Keller Getting revenge on him in a parallel dimension.
IT MUST BE THE SHOES
Elliot should be a pro fighter on UFC
There would be alot more justice in the world if we could interrogate like this in real life lol.
No there wouldn't. You beat someone up and they will most likely confess to anything to make it stop, even crimes they never committed. And what if the interrogator killed them in the process?
@@shootingcomet082
Would Stabler Have Done It If It Was A Woman 👩
@@shootingcomet082
But Isnt It Worth It If It Means You Save More Lives?.
@@cadejust6777maybe benson or Rollins would have
@@shootingcomet082just like the episode “justice denied” because of Olivia she forced a false confession and wrongfully imprisoned an innocent man for 8 yrs.
The creep-O sounds like a French Dimitri Rascalov!
Laws differ in many countries. That wouldn’t work here in America.
true, but at least stabler knows that, when he does choose to leave America for work
Adventurous woman? Jesus Christ that made my stomach turn even though it’s just a show
Stabler can't do that it's against his American laws that's assault on a citizen.
Kinda the point.
well he ain’t in america and the perp ain’t american. So game is game
@@williamnguyen4448 It doesn't matter if your American or other countries you still can't hit on people that's still assault.
@@Kingofthepeople in theory, yes. But do you know how many countries turn blind when it comes to police brutality? Many
@@williamnguyen4448 More than ever.
Oh, hey, it's Patrick Wilson's missus. A Pole portraying a Czech. Not too different, I suppose.
I thought I heard her say “ain’t in America”
Can anyone inform me ....
I remember watching an episode where the show was seemingly hinting at stabler being a ped I never finished it so I don't know what the final outcome was but it had something to do with him taking a test by watching a video of kds and he would be monitored to see how long he looked ?
Also if you could tell me what episode it was that would be great
Idk it's been a while so I'm probably getting some stuff wrong
wasn’t that the teacher from a ep in the first season
Can anybody tell me what episode of SVU this is from?
The episode is Pandora
@@jackmccarthy5565 OK, what season is that? They should have at least put on the screen the season and episode number.

Damn, Elliot, that was a bit rough, don't you think? Remember, you're trying to interrogate and get this information from this guy, not beat him to death. Goodness! Can anybody tell me what episode this is from?
Stabler was justified. the episode is 4x15
He's a CP peddler. Stabler was too nice.

Dang, there are pedos in the comment section.
