Everybody loves Jono because he just seems so nice! Everytime he speaks, he just seems to have this calm, cool way about him. Definitely a great addition to al your videos!
Good job on this video hope you guys take the trail on your right just as to hike towards the waterfall. After the fountain of youth that leads to a beautiful waterfall pools its epic. Balata falls. Worth checking out. Visited the falls twice this year and those garbage hasn't been picked up. So please people do your part and take the trash with you. Thanks for a great video. People need to appreciate their own. Other countries preserve the nature wonders yet people tend to litter and discard their dirty habit in the clean outdoors. Come on we need to improve in our behavior and attitude towards ourselves and to others.
I saw the overflowing bin, I wonder if the Regional Corporation is responsible to disposing of the garbage. Also the users of the area could very well see that the bin was filled to the brim yet they still added more garbage to it. It is a pity that people do not use their common sense, they are all lacking pride in the environment. My daughter's school do their part in teaching the children to dispose of garbage responsibly but after recess and lunch she said there will be garbage strewn throughout the school yard.
So beautiful it was worth waiting to see I was there many years ago it's still so very beautiful thank you for letting me go along with you virtually on this hile I think I will let it some time soon
Wow,another great video. Thank you guys, Sparky was a great tour guide. The sound of nature around you was so relaxing. As usual, you had to talk about garbage. It will make a difference one day,Alan. Keep on showing us the beauty that is T&T.
Visited this fall over thirty years ago with students on a field trip was amazing and still is.The only thing the trail looks different there were a lot of citrus along the way and snakes wrapped around some trees. Thanks Alan and Jono for taking us along was enjoyable as usual.
Been there in 84...absolutely gorgeous ...the hike to the waterfall with all those naural spring water coming thru the rocks..An adventure i will surely never forget...Legend!🤘⚡...much love and respect from NYC..
Beautiful as ever.I’ve been there a long time back.I remembered a lot of “Tonka beans trees along the way. Thanks again guys for all the memories.Take care be safe😊
Beautiful. I went there about 23 years ago. By the bend before the fall was a beautiful wooden deck. The view was amazing. I always wanted to see the top, thank you. Great footage.
I visited about 20 years ago, it was later in the day which was a bit rainy, but still able to hike up. You should go back during the rainy season to see how much heavier the water falling is.
Epic! I went there when I was a teenager many many moons ago 🤣🤣 Thanks for taking us to the top Alan and Jono Nice little hike, truly beautiful 😍 🙏🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Am 72 yes, and have taken many walks to the falls in my teenage years to to falls. But looking at it now it's not flowing as heavy as it use too. Also I am an artist. Nature is in my bones. There were no garbage in those days because not to many people visited the fall. What peaceful and joyus moments I enjoyed at Maracas waterfalls.

My cousins live in Maracas St. Joseph area. A whole group of them hiked there. At that time of the year, the water was high due to the rain that day & you could see beautiful, small fishes. This was almost 22 years ago, I was around 5 at the time and cried like a baby from the beginning of the hike to the end LOL🤣I didn't like to walk, didn't like d bush or mud (the place was wet that day). I was too young/naive to appreciate the beauty of NATURE but when I look at this vid it brings back memories of the beauty of this place. I remember sitting on a rock by the waterfall and the view was stunning....one day I'll visit this BEAUTIFUL site again & truly appreciate it. THANKS again for sharing all your adventures with us. 👍 Take care

Hey Alan, this is epic I have to say 👍🏽, been there many years ago it’s different now , it’s wider , seems that there was a large rock slide that took place 🤷🏽♂️ But as Juno said it’s very cold water, but refreshing as I remember it , thanks for the memory bro .. keep up the great work showcasing our islands natural wonders , much appreciated 😎… the drone take was 👍🏽👍🏽
A lot of persons don't know this, but there is another waterfall off to the right of the trail .. You come out on top of that on but it's a bit dangerous at the edge. It has pools to bath and everything
Mum &Iris took me on this hike. It is in St Joseph pass her and where George Ward use to live. Mum stored most if her cutlery, cockery, bed and other furniture at his house. Their house was almost empty so they were glad to oblige and mum told them They could use the stuff. Of course we never claimed it so it is their gain
