go to Network settings == Settings and connection Status List== and you wll find the IP Address and the Defaulut Router . and replaced them with 0.0.0.0.0.0
Hey to anyone that has a mac please try this 1) click the wifi button and look for network preferences then advanced 2) on the tab you should see TCIP/IP there you will find your modem ip and your actual ip 3) fill in the dns codes he gave you primary: 208:67:222:222 secondary: 208:67:222:220 4) leave the subnet mask as 255.255.255.0 and your issue is now all fixed :)

Dude, I'm so fricking happy I can connect to PSN now, AFTER 4 MONTHS. All I did is to install kiosk firmware, then revert back to OFW, and boom I can connect to PSN :D I don't know why it's like this lol. Changing DNS in network settings didn't help me, in addition.

Hi I have a couple issues with my ps3 connections my ps3 is getting a DNS error but it's weird because my ps3 will pass the Internet and let me sign in but after a while of playing online I will be randomly kicked out lobby and then 10 seconds after I will be kick offline and I'll try to sign back in but DNS will show up again then 10 minutes I will sign back in with know problem it's a on and of problem with the DNS
