I'm Thai and raised in Hong Kong so I'm familiar with all of these, apart from the yogurt and grape soda flavoured chips, I would say they are definitely experimental, once a strawberry flavoured lays chips were sold here, I didn't try it tho lol.
Lotus root - either eaten as a candy during Chinese New Year, or cooked into meals like noodles and stir fry.
Grass Jelly - same family like the famous tapioca pearls, it's like a food that's drunken with tea. On road trips in Thailand, we would eat it in a cup with ice and syrup.
Milk tea with cheese - the bottled version would be confusing. Yes, drinking tea with cheese is popular, but the cheese is whipped, making it like a dalgona type of topper, a famous chain that does this is ShareTea, GongCha does whipped milk foam.
Palm's seed - mostly eaten for texture, usually eaten in a dessert in the "Nam Wan" family, which is a cold soup dessert.
Eel chips - this type of chip manufactured by Calbee is a famous corn chip in a skinny cheeto like texture, personally I haven't this flavour, but the other stuff they do is great. And I quite like eel in general.
Hot Kid Milk - definitely mistranslated, this brand 'WangZai' is ICONIC, ruclips.net/video/FVcsklG7i4g/видео.html these are some of the commercials I watched growing up.
Crab Roe Broad Beans - never had this, broad beans snack are eaten like how people eat peanuts in a bar.
Banana Corn Puffs - never had this. However, banana flavoured snacks is not an odd thing.
Bird's Nest soup - even though it didn't make an appearance on the video, maybe this would be cool. the Bird's nest is a special type of nest as they are made from the spit of a particular type of bird that inhabits in a cave. Bird's nest is a delicacy and eaten for health, it's sweet, like a dessert. The job to get the bird's nest is dangerous and laboriously demanded, therefore it's expensive.
Pandan roll - pandan is flavour extracted from pandan leaves which are palm-like.
Banana Blossoms - heavily used in Thai cuisine when cooking, usually eaten in a broth-curry type of food. Similar to the Lotus root, used for cooking. My personal favourite, bamboo roots.
Mangosteen drink - mangosteen is a national fruit of Thailand.
Cuttlefish chips - never had this, but I love cuttlefish in general.
Chrysanthemum Tea - a common tea. Chinese grandmothers would make you drink this if you're sick.
Milk Rings - just a new snack tbh
Mung bean ice cream - The more popular choice would be a red bean ice cream bar. I don't dislike a mung bean ice cream tho, but these flavours are usually more for a mature demographic.
Sugar Cane drink - common drink, you could get this drink in a market in Asia.
Durian candy - Durian in general is a hit or miss. I like it in general even as a toffee, however some days I would hate it. I like to put durian in the freezer, it's like eaten ice cream because of the texture.

I grew up with milk and sugar in my tea. I just found out today the reason is because in the 17th and 18th century tea cups were so delicate that the heat of the tea alone would sometimes crack the cup so they used to add a little milk to cool it down.

Durian, I bought one, frozen from Mylasia, my understanding is that a "good" Durian tastes like sweet vanilla custard. As the one I got was frozen and shipped presumably in an unripe state I must conclude that the one I got was not a "good" Duian because it tasted strongly of onions, but not just onions, past their prime onions on the verge of going bad, slimy sulfurous and disgusting. If anyone has had a "good" Durian I would love to know where your from and what it tasted like (presumably ripe and fresh, not under ripe and frozen)

Durian unfortunately is an acquired taste and something to do also with biology as even in Malaysia where I am there are people who love it (like I do, it really does taste like an exotic sweet custard, not exactly vanilla) and some who do find the smell and taste revolting. It is definitely better ripe and fresh. There are different variants as well, some that are more sweet and mild, some that are bitter just like alcohol which some people enjoy. This was actually fun and funny to watch. "I'd drink it again out of politeness" lol. I like trying new things. As a kid a Loas friend of mine got me into dry squid and i luved them, not everyone's cup of tea as they're quiet salty & smelly.. i haven't had them for a while though but I'd eat them again.

Bird nest soup is not twigs and leaves. That particular species of bird makes their nest out of their own saliva, it's a gelatinous bodily secretion that hardens into their nest. So theoretically it's no more gross than honey or milk, which we consider "normal" in the west. But the birds are endangered and harvesting the nests form caves damages their habitat.

Grass jelly is really made from grass, well a type of herb actually from the mint family. It's drank during the hotter times because it has a cooling effect on the body. It's really really yummy. And palm seeds are best eaten over ice although in Indonesia we often eat them warm as well in sort of dessert soup. The basil seed drink is usually flavored with pandan leaves that might be what you're tasting. It's musky with vanilla-y undertones.
And Durian candy yeah those things are foul, especially the hard ones, mainly because they mostly use artificial durian flavoring. Can't compare them to real durian fruit.
