- Amazing win for Syndie Christmas - is that her real name!!? This young lady from Kent in England really knows how to create a song, especially a classic which is has been sung millions of times since its debut in 1939 in the movie The Wizard of Oz.
The secret to song success is to make the listen sound like they are going on an emotional journey and this is beautiful exemplified here.

The first SOLO woman vocalist to win ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ in SEVENTEEN YEARS. WAY TO GO, Sydnie!
Old song but she bred new life into it I felt it was amazing 🤩 a star is born maybe 🤔
Ladies and Gentlemen A Star is born for West End and Broadway.
Sydnie Christmas ❤❤❤❤👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️
She is fabulous! I could listen to her all day. I can’t wait to see where her talent takes her.
A mesmerising performance, and a superb and precise analysis. 👍
Thank you 🙏 much appreciated.
A master class performance.. love Sydnei's strong vocal ❤❤
Sydney is pretty awesome...look out...she might become a legendary singer!
already there!
Wonderful review of an amazingly talented young lady. Please review her other two auditions, especially 'My Way', as I would love to hear your analyses 👍👍👍
Great suggestion!
She was touched in the head by god
She sings an amazing “my way “ u will love it mate
Hi 👋 William 😘 she won BGT this night 👏👏👏 love your reaction my friend, you know the music. Love you so much William, have a nice day. God bless you and your family 🙏
Bless you.
Saw an interview where she told her BGT voice coach (she heaps praise on) that 'now' she could afford her!
Excellent
Yep, said she had learnt more from the coach in 3 months than she had in 5 years of stage school.
She's amazing, great review 👍
And just 3 days to arrange and rehearse the song after the semi final. Amazing.
Wow that was beautifully constructed, very nicely performed.
Loren Allred’s version, who happens to be Sydnie’s idol.
Sydnie will very soon be sharing her amazing God given voice around the world. Hope she will someday perform in Las Vegas
William: Ever since I first saw you, as you analyzed Amira (one of my favorites), I have been impressed with your musical abilities. Recognizing notes, shifts, and techniques has been a great learning experience for me to recognize efforts and talent. Superb job!
Thank you sir. That means a great deal to me. 🙏
Gardez-là précieusement, cette personne est un diamant qui mérite d'illuminer de son talent vocal bien des CD et des soirées télévisuelles, SVP faites-en une vedette, son originalité doublé de sa voix et de sa beauté méritent un long parcours ...
Sydnie is perfect for Weste End/Broadway..she really knows how to tell that story of a song
Great reaction! I was hoping you would react to her audition. Thank you!👍❤️
Thank you too!
Your quick deep insights are so helpful, for there is so much more than what appears to be heard! Those key changes make so much sense, and I'd missed the legato to cross-over at the very end, but her quiet, perfect repeat couldn't be missed.
Please, please make time for her other two songs, for they warrant your attention, too: Sydnie made each of her songs here an emotional journey, winning the judges' praise. Have you seen also her witticisms yet?
She is headed for the West End and to the ends of the earth, beyond, now. Her many efforts are paying off.
No I haven’t seen her being interviewed. Is she amusing!!? Stardom has arrived. With that voice …!!
@@BangkokVoiceCoach Yes, she's very witty! Thank you so much for asking.
At the beginning of her audition video, with the golden buzzer for her "Tomorrow", they had a hearty chat: once you review all her songs, you'll see. Also she was on breakfast TV, then and now.
@@BangkokVoiceCoach she's very humble. I hope she hangs onto that.
I got a feeling the first time I heard it of Ethel Merman, could anyone else hear that? So, not so strange to see you references those classic singers. Amazing! And I loved your analysis/review… Her opening the song like an intimate (staccato) conversation, and then the swell, and brought back to the intimacy… total mastery… and the little habits she may have developed in her professional career that won’t fly on everything I”m sure could be trained out of her.. heck, she says she can afford the vocal coach from the show now…. And they are the ones that approached HER about doing this song,.. and Loren Allred was praising her performance and Sydnie is a huge fan of hers… so it was an awesome full circle of appreciation and talent meeting.
It truly is a dream story - sharing the love. ❤️
I love you. Thanks. You have a new subscriber dude.
Please do a review of her Audition and Semi Final. I'm waiting!
❤️❤️
Hey William - yes, I watched this last night and knew immediately that she would eclipse Innocent (South African Tenor who performed Nessun Dorma last night) to the winner of BGT - it was just unbelievably good and had to be as Innocent was the man to beat - goosebump stuff and now she will be faced with a number of choices I reckon - love your reactions as always...
It’s the phrasing and the pacing that’s so impressive. A great way to start, a great way to finish and a journey in between.
Please find the time in your busy schedule to analyse Sydnie’s two earlier performances: Tomorrow (audition) and My Way (semifinal).
Ok
A great voice.
GBU William n Fam..🙏🙏🙏
Christmas needs to sing some Whitney Houston tunes
Very well sung indeed.
Yes, astonishing pacing. Truly accomplished.
This is Loren Allred’s version. Sydnie did it stunning 🤗
And she will have copied Israel Iz Kamakawiwoʻole version
Loren didn’t hold that power early on though. She pulled back until the end. Sydnie maintains the most power and has sharper longer high notes more often. Loren gets one really good high note and saves energy for one really good belt at the end.
We agree!
Could you please react to Sydnie Christmas singing her cover version of My Way by Frank Sinatra at the Semifinal stage of Britain's Got talent 2024? Her performance of this song is yet another masterclass. Please check it out and react.❤😊😊
We have just found a British Morissette Amon
She was inspired by Loren Allreds version of whom was obviously in turn inspired by by Israel IZ Kamakawiwoʻole version 😉
Funny I was just talking about Loren Allred a few days ago

@BangkokVoiceCoach listen to the hawaiian guys (Isreal IZ) version and you'll just drift away lol 👍
How about you react to Sydnie’s idol, Loren Allred now? Loren is the original singer of Never Enough.
Greatest Showman!! I was talking about Loren just a few days ago:

@@BangkokVoiceCoach yes, I saw that on putri’s at 12 yrs old video. Loren sung a new version of Never Enough and the revamped version of Over The Rainbow (Sydnie’s above) on AGT Fantasy League earlier this year.
❤....türkiye---mersin city .... selam🖐...

Not even in the same class 🧐
@@mikegraham8319 no need to be disrespectful. Both won Got Talent in their respective countries..let’s just respect their talent
@@mikegraham8319 It is you who are not in the same class. Take some manner class and learn to respect other people.
