This water sports owner should be banned for overloading. Secondly the government is putting tax over tax on water sports and other tourism stake holders without proper reasoning n justification... This is the end result...to make end meets n pay heavy taxes.

These owners are greedy for money and will break all rules to make few extra bucks..he is responsible for the death of the passenger..owner should have refused the family if they were insisting on getting their infant on board..secondly he spoke lies saying boat motor touched the surface below and shut down..these motors will not even be serviced and maintained..
Reason might be anything but why safety measures where not followed why kids where not given life jacket why the boat was over crowded to earn that extra money on the cost of life?
At Goa boat tragedy in calangute beach am the person also lost my most expensive things there only one day before this tragedy so next day I was there only to report my complaint I saw that accident and on my opinion I just say...There's police was supporting nicely for tourist but there boating facility n other activities are not safe... There peoples are do fraud so much robbery happen that same time as like me so many people loss there so much valuable things, there is no safety for peoples life also ...In that Goa boat tragedy at calangute..ambulance also took almost 20 to 30minutes to come .. At that place luckily one Lady may be she is doctor she tried her best to save life of one injured person in front of me this tragedy happened ..I appreciate her at least she tried to save life.i appreciate to life guard and tourist police also 👃 .Need Goa govt.to arrange1Ambulance nearby that beach place .. And safety guards also which can help needy people to not getting loss there life and valuable things.. Because at these tourist places only people will loss there everythings,for prevention of these tragedy's our Government has to provide facilities of such things like safety guards health Care nearby etc,it may help to rescue from these kind of problems..its my genuine opinion which I had experienced in this tragedy so I just wanted to share this from you..thank you..
