Please don’t push yourself! I’ve been doing diamond art painting for 3 years and it seems super easy but it takes hours to just do one little section. My first one took me about 2 months. I worked on it from 7~8am to 1~2pm almost everyday. It was a calming experience for me, I usually watched yt videos while doing it. Just like any form of art, DAP is not for everyone. Some can get bored easily and other can do it for hours at a time. Even if you do love it, I advise that your take breaks:)
She is literally the most productive youtuber I have seen.....She goes to gym, She learns Ballet.....She is an artist....Making art demolishes a lot of your time.......She does diamond art painting.....the most time consuming thing ever......Hauls and so much more.....4 yt channels....she edits herself too......she even makes yt vids of her resting days.....Oh , a small business too.....She literally enjoys everything she does.....and Her drawings are so GOOD too

To transfer you can put charcoal on the back of the paper using the long flat rectangular side then you flip it over and use a red pencil to transfix it in but you put it on say a canvas then trace with the red pencil then your done

You need the attachment heads for your pen. They hold between 2 and 12 diamonds at a time. I'm completing a 30cmx40cm canvas in 10 hours from start to finish. A detailed mountain Lake scenery at 90cmx60cm took me 5 days.
In my art class my teacher used to make us use transfer paper in order to get the sketch on the canvas. I think you can get it for like a few bucks at an art store. Btw I really like your art :)

For the transferring of a drawing, my art teacher always had me layer carbon paper under a drawing on paper (computer paper thickness) than to just trace it, the pressure allows it to transfer to a surface. It's sometimes be a hit or miss, and can be a bit light in the transfer but it's simple to do. Just what I've been using
It's insane how much time goes into your videos. I suffer from loss of motivation a lot, so I could never imagine working on so much stuff simultaniously. When I start a project I need to work on it constantly without taking a day off, or I would lose interest and never touch it again, which is sadly why I could never finish a diamond painting. I have a lot of respect for you Minori! Working on something like this for months and even staying up till 3am, just to create content for us to watch. I appreciate that you didn't split this video into two parts, because it was a blast to watch. I love the vlog style of it, especially seeing unrelated stuff like your ballet and the christmas tree between the actual project. It felt like a friend telling me what they were up to since we last met :D I give you a huge thumbs up and really hope every other viewer will do so too!

Loved the video for the tracing part all you have to is print the art and then colour the back part with a simple pencil or charcoal and then put it on the canvas and trace. It works really well, I watched couple of artists using the method and it works wonders. You totally deserve the views you get for these videos you work so hard, I really wanna learn japenese so I can understand your japenese videos because I dont want to force you to put on english subtitles when you have soo much going on. I had a friend who would do pet portraits - she got one of those little desktop projectors that she'd mount over a canvas and then she could basically 'trace' all the details she needed straight from the image she had. I believe you could also use a powerful lightboard that can show the image through the back of the canvas.

This looks amazing! Love how it turned out :) Something I have done since I was a little kid to transfer a drawing over to a canvas or different paper is to just use baking paper and a regular pencil (Not a H but B pencil. The softer it is the better). Simply trace your work on one side of the baking paper and then flip it when you put it on the canvas and then trace it again ^^ The texture on a canvas is much rougher so using a very soft pencil works best with those.
With transporting the drawing form the paper to the canvas you could also rub a crayon on the back off the paper and then put the paper with the crayon side on the canvas then trace with a pencle on the front and then remove the paper

3:21 you could always use a pencil. It's probably the cheapest, fastest, and least complicated method. Basically you re-draw over the line art with pencil/charcoal/graphite, then put it on the canvas face down. After that, you trace the lines again through the back of the page, and the pencil/graphite/charcoal on the front transfers to the canvas from the pressure. It helps if the original drawing is on super thin paper, and if you have some kind of light source underneath to ensure the accuracy of your lines, but none are really required for this technique to work. Hope this helps, and that you give it a try. :)
Absolutely love your content Minori. You're so bubbly and cute! By the way, I've just recently started doing diamond art painting myself, so I really felt your pain at 23:40. I can't tell you how many times I've done that. XD
Someone else said "transfer paper" it can also be called graphite paper but if you don't have access to that for some reason, this is what I do: Take your image and flip it over. Put it against a light source (I have a cheapy crayola light table and it sucks but it works well enough for this) and draw or colour in super thick lines around where you see the lines of the image, right on the back of it. Then you flip the paper back to the original drawing and tape it onto the canvas. Redraw over your inked lines as perfectly as you can. The graphite on the other side of the paper will transfer over.

one way you can transfer a drawing onto a canvas is by covering the back of it with graphite, and then tracing over the lines while pressing pretty hard,, its a little messy but it works :)
I know this is an old video. I really like your artwork and I just started diamond painting but I've been cross stitching for years. Apparently a lot of diamond paintings use DMC colors which are the same as embroidery floss. If you made your art into just the graph with symbols that could be printedout/.pdf files, you could sell them as cross stitch patterns.
This was really nice! I’m thinking about doing diamond art but I don’t think I could do one as big as what you just did lol. I guess I’ll start small but this looks like it’s super fun. And I also hope to visit Japan some day!

Minori seems to work on several different things at the same day. I really respect you for that. I've seen how incredible you really are!
I had a friend who would do pet portraits - she got one of those little desktop projectors that she'd mount over a canvas and then she could basically 'trace' all the details she needed straight from the image she had. I believe you could also use a powerful lightboard that can show the image through the back of the canvas.

Something I have done since I was a little kid to transfer a drawing over to a canvas or different paper is to just use baking paper and a regular pencil (Not a H but B pencil. The softer it is the better). Simply trace your work on one side of the baking paper and then flip it when you put it on the canvas and then trace it again ^^ The texture on a canvas is much rougher so using a very soft pencil works best with those.

With transporting the drawing form the paper to the canvas you could also rub a crayon on the back off the paper and then put the paper with the crayon side on the canvas then trace with a pencle on the front and then remove the paper

3:21 you could always use a pencil. It's probably the cheapest, fastest, and least complicated method. Basically you re-draw over the line art with pencil/charcoal/graphite, then put it on the canvas face down. After that, you trace the lines again through the back of the page, and the pencil/graphite/charcoal on the front transfers to the canvas from the pressure. It helps if the original drawing is on super thin paper, and if you have some kind of light source underneath to ensure the accuracy of your lines, but none are really required for this technique to work. Hope this helps, and that you give it a try. :)

Someone else said "transfer paper" it can also be called graphite paper but if you don't have access to that for some reason, this is what I do:
Take your image and flip it over. Put it against a light source (I have a cheapy crayola light table and it sucks but it works well enough for this) and draw or colour in super thick lines around where you see the lines of the image, right on the back of it. Then you flip the paper back to the original drawing and tape it onto the canvas. Redraw over your inked lines as perfectly as you can. The graphite on the other side of the paper will transfer over.
Right, you just use pencil, can hold original against a window if you don't have a light table

one way you can transfer a drawing onto a canvas is by covering the back of it with graphite, and then tracing over the lines while pressing pretty hard,, its a little messy but it works :)

I know this is an old video. I really like your artwork and I just started diamond painting but I've been cross stitching for years. Apparently a lot of diamond paintings use DMC colors which are the same as embroidery floss. If you made your art into just the graph with symbols that could be printedout/.pdf files, you could sell them as cross stitch patterns.
