Ranked is really good for in game fighting practice, and then making sure you fight players that are better than you in creative as well as practicing moves or freebuilds that are hard for you to do is really important 🙂

DONT LEARN RETAKES!!! learn the fundamental building techniques and use awareness to get to your opponent!

True you should use awareness, however learning retakes is a good way to improve your mechanics to be able to do that. And they won’t work for every single situation, but they can be very helpful a lot of the time
