    It's definitely positional vertigo that can just come on with no reason. And stress levels heightened with moving home make it worse without u realising it it's maybe in Ur mind about moving etc. Also I get that when on left side too and it's vertigo and we all know the vertigo/ anxiety loop. But rest assured Ur bloods are good and I'm happy for you. Hopefully that put your mind at ease. Oh and P.s I hate it when a guy rests on my shoulder too lol xx big love

    I found my way here after a move, which led to an anxiety relapse. You're right, these really contribute to stress. Hope you're doing a bit better.

    Glad your ok mate, i had the same symptoms regarding dizziness, kept going to doctors & they kept saying it was ear infection, i knew it didn't feel like an infection so I paid privately to see a ear consultant. Within minutes he diagnosed me with Bppv ( benign proximal positional vertigo ), he gave me a set of exercises to do called ' the brandt daroff '. No meds, you can do them at home, i couldn't lay on my side in bed for about 3 years! Until I went to get help ,👍

    The dizziness sounds like a ear balance problem as I have suffered from this in the past. And I still do occasionally. When I feel it coming a take a pill which has been prescribed

    Hello. You were saying about your left side and dizziness. I took notice that the left side of your face, by your ear is a little bit swelled. That might not be helping either. It took me a bit, it's NOT really that noticeable, but something to look into.
    I myself have anxiety disorder, panic attacks and chronic depression disorder. In the past year I have had the weirdest new thing pop up. And it has baffled me and my doctor. I had never had this happen before ever, I get car sickness while driving!! YES, while Driving! It is not a good feeling, and if I am by myself it really throws me a curve ball. So I will keep up on you to see if the folic acid works.

    I knew it Billy. Billy in all seriousness please look into the real folic acid. My child and I have a gene that nobody speaks of. It makes folic acid poisonous. You have to take the methylated version to make it bio available or you won't see any help. Please reach out if you need more info.

    • @barbarainc
      @barbarainc 2 года назад

      Gene is MTHFR and look into 5-methytetrahyrofolate it's WAY better for you than the fake vitamin.

    • @rpggyr
      @rpggyr 2 года назад +1

      @@barbarainc Actually Barb my granddaughter has two copies of the C677T mutation. Its the worst one to have. You are absolutely right about the Methylfolate form of folate. In fact the other forms can cause problems for someone with the gene defect and they won't be able to absorb it anyway. Its better to just take the methyl form to be safe.

    Natural vitamin C like from Acerola, Camu Camu, Amla, etc. Can help to lower inflammation in your body which may be triggering higher cholesterol. Not sure if your doctor ever tested your vitamin D levels?

    OK I hope you read this comment. If your deficient in Folic acid it can mask B12 deficiency. I was going to comment on your last video but decided to wait. Please listen. Many people have a genetic defect called MTHFR mutation. It has to do with Folic acid deficiency. It is imperative that you get tested for this genetic defect because the type of folic acid you must take (even if you do not have this genetic defect) is called methyl Folate. Now about the folate masking the b12 deficiency. Please do some research on the symptoms of b12 deficiency. One of the main symptoms is dizziness. This could be what has been going on with you for years. Read the back of the box of the Folic acid you got. Find out the source of the folate. If is not made from the methyl group you probably won't be able to absorb it.

      Hi Peggy , read your comment . Very interesting you saying bout b12 . I went to the extreme and had private bloods done as felt drs were not taking me seriously of how I was feeling and living like this . My b12 came back 457 iu (forgotten now wat symbols they used after the 457 !
      And folate 2.7 .
      Any ideas if mine is ok . It’s says normal on test result but was told by friend still low . Would appreciate your reply as I was given folic acid yet has made no difference tbh x

    • @rpggyr
      @rpggyr 2 года назад

      @@victoriafabry1382 You have got to clear this up for me. Its making me crazy. Are you the guy that made the video? Why is your comment coming from a woman? Its hard to know if the B12 is normal because different labs use different testing ranges. You mentioned in an answer to my question from you last video that you did have gastric problems. What kind of gastric problems. It could be the reason your folate is low. Also just because your b-12 says normal it could be a false reading. Just for the hell of it I would take both Folate and B-12U.b Make sure you are taking the methyl form of both these vitamins so you can be sure you are able to absorb them. You should still be tested for MTHFR gene mutation.
