It would significantly reduce the average person’s tax, tax evaders would be unable to evade taxes, the tax would be self-adjusting… Meaning that the more a person consumes (individuals with greater income) would by nature of a flat or fair tax pay more through increased consumption of goods. Do some research, this method of taxation would significantly reduce tax burdens on the middle class household!
