    There are many people who confused between XOR and Xnor..
    Actually when our transition= 0 we do Xnor and when our transition=1 we use Xor

    Sir , I didn't get the same data after demodulation. 1001100 this is what I got. Don't know where did I do the mistake. And one more more thing is, what about propagation of error in dpsk.

    use X-NOR instead of X-OR in transmitter block diagram then same receiver is applicable to decode input logic levels.

    There is a small correction, in DPSK generator we use an XNOR gate not XOR

      EX-OR gate is also correct.
      Refer to page No 274 of Taubs principle of communication(edition4e),that will adress ur query better.

    Sir, You Took a Fundamental Mistake With taking XOR instead of XNOR If you take XOR to generate DPSK you have to use an inverter at the receiver or NAND gate at the receiver to get correct input pattern but here you use XOR and at Receiver You Use AND gate which is definitely lead to wrong sequence at the receiving end ,, Please Sir Rectify It ,, If You Think I am wrong check your circuit with any bit sequence you will find the dispute .... Thank you
