Well, if this was from the week after Whigfield made chart history (while also preventing Marti Pellow and his band from equalling Bryan Adams' record, to the relief of just about everyone), then it must be from mid-September 1994.

@We are with you Annerley! what does Ann Lee herself say about it? I think it would be known by now if that was true, and her voice in interviews sounds nice and similar to the vocals of her songs. She also comes across as very intelligent and talented in interviews speaks 5 languages, came top of fashion design competitions and has a musical family. Even if someone else did record it (they didn't) the fact she can sing it perfectly off the cuff if she wants to means it's not a fraud. She could go on stage live and the fans would get their money's worth unlike milli vanilli
