I Really hope RDR3 is about Sadie and her life as a bounty hunter after the events of RDR2. Maybe the story can even interlink the two first games in some way. Would be awesome, Sadie was without a doubt one of the best characters of RDR2. Loved her energy and determination, a perfect Wild West character.
I think Rockstar said that if RDR2 did well they would make another one. I could be wrong though. We will see in about 10-ish years probably if that is true or not.

And yes, from her perspective, all of her voice lines and other sounds that had to be recorded for the game were probably not longer than a few hours in total (possibly much more time to record them all, still); but in comparison, the motion capture part must have been a really long and exhausting work. With the balance between VA and MC somewhere around the 10% : 90% ratio at best, it's very understandable; however, we will remember her forever for her amazing voice acting that took 10% of her time and not for her amazing work with the motion capture that probably took about 90%.
