Who knew she had products on Goldbelly?! Very clever way to cut the cake! I’ll have to remember that. Crazy how much Goldbelly has expanded over the years. Equally as crazy how much people will pay for food sometimes haha. Fun review! Thanks, as always, for your thoughtful and honest comments!
Oh wow 🎉 I love this cake, I've actually made Ina's recipe of this cake for a friend 🎂 it turned out perfect 👌 She doesn't have a shop anymore. 👍 Very cool.of Courtney 👏 When I saw the thumbnail, I thought you were making it today 😅
I’d love to see you make this cake from her recipe!!!! I’d love to know how similar they are… I can’t afford to spend $100 on one cake.. I truly don’t know many people who can afford to spend that much…
Ina Garten is my absolute favorite Food Network chef . I've heard that that chocolate cake you mentioned is really good it would be fun to see you make that recipe on your Channel thank you Courtney you are extremely generous
I just read Ina‘s biography she does have a large bakery in East Hamptons I believe it was, The first bakery she bought was called Barefoot Contessa like Keven said , I hope you both get to go there
I love a dense/moist cake! I like that the flavors come together and you can taste the almond. I always eat around the frosting and save it for last. A big thanks to Courtney! She knows her sweets! 😊 Great review!
I like her shows subs the recipes she makes but I’ve never seen her products before. Without knowing anything I’d try this brand for the name alone. I just hope the quality is there, which it sounds like is the case. Yummy, would definitely get this, from a regular store. Thanks for the review.
I remember seeing her make this cake on her you tube channel and it looks so good .thank you Courtney for this cake it looks and sound so yummy great review thanks for sharing xx ❤❤
It looks delicious 😊but oh man it’s almost 100.00 think I might have to stick with a cheaper coconut cake 😂😂 I looked on website and saw chef from Cleveland OH which is close to where I live and his stuff was expensive also so it might be a once in a special occasion situation 🎉
@@TamiDunn Goldbelly seems to have a lot of what I call niche shops - celebs all seem to have a space on it. I keep laughing when someone says "free shipping" considering what it costs for a cake. I am glad you are getting it as gift so you don't go broke on it. hehehheeheh You rock and deserve all the fun! You bring us so many smiles each day so you're worth every penny!
My mom taught me to cut a cake they way I showed because when she was growing up, there were lots of kids invited and only so much cake to go around :)
I read the video title as a recipe you made and I’m like, wow that turned out great 😂
I changed it to now read Goldbelly. I'm glad you pointed that out because I bet people will want to know about how well it travels :)

I bet a lot of people use Goldbelly to send Christmas presents to family in other states or to order a piece of home when they have moved away.
Thank you Courtney. This sounds delicious
It is!!

Me too!!
I'm so glad they sell some of her cakes on Goldbelly!
I made the recipe for this cake years ago and thought the almond extract added a unique flavor .
I liked it !
Yes! I love the addition of almond extract.
Loved the way you cut the cake. Will do it like that from now on. Thanks for sharing 😉
You get so many slices cutting it like that! 😃

I love coconut cake. Looks delicious for Christmas too. One less thing to make to order it in. Interesting idea.

She is great at picking out new foods!
The flavors sound like a Raffaello! 😋
YES!!!
I was thinking that was a recipe video because of the picture
Ina sold the Barefoot Contessa to two employees in 1996, after owning it for 20 years.

They sell some ice cream on Goldbelly that is made locally. It’s absolutely not worth anywhere near what they are charging on Goldbelly.
Can you tell us more about Courtney?
Courtney is a soft spoken, funny, private chef :)
@@TamiDunn 🥰
The cake looks good but looks like a mess inside (not because of how you sliced it - just not as clean or well-baked as I would expect.
I was so surprised that she has her own shop!
