Dollar general had the big cakes a couple of years ago. They sold them individually up by the registers. The price was stamped on the packaging so it was meant to be sold that way.

We always buy the big pack of oatmeal cream pies because they have more cream inside so they aren’t as dry

I mean come onethe Christmas tree cakes are divine and I adore them. I think for Americans they are very nostalgic for us and we look forward to them coming out every. Tami, you hit the nail on the head I don’t buy the big boys because of the calories. Now I surely drool looking at them but I haven’t ever caved in yet. Great review 🎄🎄🎄

They put no love into the big tree lol. It's just a giant triangle. Esthetically the smaller one looks nicer . Also I would have never knew the bigger pack meant bigger portion cake too 😮
I think they word it wrong. They should let people know it's bigger CAKES and not just a bigger pack. I bet all of these big packs are like this.

The Christmas tree cakes are outstanding but I can’t start anything Christmas until after Thanksgiving
To me, it really is the most wonderful time of the year so it can start as early as possible. I have a fried in Australia and their stores started selling Christmas cakes and goodies before Halloween because they don't really do Halloween there. It's all a mindset :)
@ it’s more so about the music. As much as I like a Christmas song every once in a while, I can’t listen to Christmas music before Thanksgiving. I’m a very joyous person and I just can’t do it.

I can’t even eat any of those mini donuts cause that greasy film they leave in your mouth is so off putting it’s not worth it to me even if the flavor is good.

My favorite Christmas Little Debbie treat as a kid was the gingerbread cookies, but the christmas tree cakes were a close second.
To me it's the textures that make them so satisfying.

Tami and Kevin....I could eat the whole box of the Christmas trees.....Its so dangerous this time of the year...And I never knew the trees came in 2 different sizes...Hopefully, I wont be able to find them..lol

I saw a pint of the Little Debbie’s ice cream with the Christmas Trees including the white cream in the freezer at Dollar Tree today. It was $5. I didn’t buy it but wondered if you have seen or tried it.

Tami, out of all the regularly available Little Debbie treats, which would you recommend someone try first? I have never had any of the Little Debbie products except for their ice creams.
I would recommend the Strawberry Shortcake Rolls. :)

I never really liked little Debbie cakes for my personal preference but just because it’s Christmas and a Christmas tree I would eat one 😂😂 the only little Debbie I use to like a lot was those oatmeal round cake

Walmarts prices are $3.16 and $4.98 and the cost per ounce is 36.7 and 27.7 so the big pack is a much better value… I live little Debbie’s!!! And I think it’s great they try to repurpose the packaging… more companies should do that….

ooooooooo a big box of Christmas Tree cakes. I'll be buying 2 or 3 of those. My Mom loves them. I'll stick with the white-powdered doughnuts. I hate that greasy feeling on the roof of my mouth.

I love powdered donuts but not a greasy film! 😂 Sweet Sixteens are my favorite , but I’ve never got a greasy film. I can’t stop at one when it comes to these Christmas Trees! I guess I’m going for the big boy Christmas trees this year! Thanks for a great review.

I guess it's just me, but the coating on the xmas trees tastes nasty to me. Maybe cause I let it melt in my mouth instead of chomping on it.
I have never let a Little Debbie cake or Hostess cake or any snack cake melt in my mouth. Now chocolate, I like to let that melt whenever I can.

@TamiDunn I like the chocolate or any of the chocolate variety lol the white cakes are kinda bland but I guess that's any brand out there.. but all time favorite is ding dings out of the freezer

Does anyone ever take a look at the back of little Debbie items and read the tons of ingredients in it,no way I’m putting that junk in my body,moderation or not,it’s totally unhealthy,go to your local bakery and get something made with far less harmful ingredients and preservatives if you need something sweet,do your body a favor
If I do think it, I keep it to myself, and don’t intentionally watch a video reviewing said item 🤷♀️😃
