That look on James face when he watches the running horses, while he himself is a human soul trapped in a broken body..... it's fantastic! Benedict got such fame in "big Hollywood" with Dr. Strange, but it is movies like this, that I really adore. A pity it's not as widely known. Lots of good dialoges and symbolism, like the "angel boy" that throws Miles watch into the sea. Later James tells them all to go back to your "consumer fucking lives, I want more time!" I dunno. I just find this movie incredibly moving.
It's been a while and I still find myself breaking down when remembering scenes from the movie. I believe this movie has touched me really deeply. I really do. Right after watching, it just affected me so much that I took a walk outside of my house (one i hate doing) just to take a moment and enjoy life. Basically because I learned that maybe one day, you will also live in pressured time, and that said you should enjoy every moment like it's your last.
This movie and this music makes me crie, but it's one of the most beautyful movies I've ever seen. The first time I was watching this, I was crying so hard... I had to watch another movie for sleeping. most favourite movies I've ever seen. When I was wachting
I feel like this song is forcing me to examine the quality of my life thus far. I've never cried during a song before, but there's a first time for everything.
This film. I can't describe how beautiful and amazing it is, I mean, it's flawless. Really. I sat and cried like a baby after watching it. SO MANY FEELS.
I remember the first time I have seen this man. It was in Paris in 2011. He was not famous, he was was the Agnes Obel's guest. We were high and we were discovering that masterpiece. One of the best memory...on a cloud
This song takes you down, and when you arrive at that oak, the roots grab your heart, they tighten it. It 's a song about freedom, it is extremely happy in the end.. :)
Why must I sob every time I hear this song? Just beautiful. The movie Third Star is so moving and heartbreaking. Fantastic writing, direction and acting. Just love it. Christmas present I say!
I've been crying for 2 days.. Includijg one school day.. All people think that I've got heart problems.. and they're not so far away from the truth.. Beautiful movie and song.
I don't understand how one movie could be so beautiful. When James died... Words didn't describe the emotions i were feeling. The pain in you heart will remain weeks after you have watched Third Star. Well it did for me anyway
this movie, this song...where have I been for not watching it before?? thanks everybody who made this movie for giving such pure and honest emotions!!!!
I love this song. I just watched Third Star for the first time and I've been sobbing for the last 20 minutes and I don't think it'll stop any time soon and it's 2.41am but I can't sleep!
I would listen to this song, which is actually arranged really nicely, for hours. If it didn't give me flashbacks of all of Third Star. Oh gods. *gross sobbing*
Oh god I just watched the movie and I cried and cried and cried in the end and I'm still so fu****g sad. The whole story is sooo sad and Benedict plays unbelievable good. And the song is also very depressing to me especially the beginning. Everything is just too perfect in a trgic way... :') (BTW my english may suck but I'm from germany so this is obvious)
It is indeed an amazing movie, just watched it as well. The story and characters touched me deep inside my soul, certainly one of the most breathtaking and beautiful movie i ever saw. Like you said, Benedict performance is absolutely and utterly brilliant, he is a genuinely great actor. Feels like i have been slapped right through the face, which left behind a urge to cry (and i am not one to cry easily over a movie) shortly followed by a depressing emptiness. Don't plan on making any spoiler (if anyone who hasn't seen the movie read this), but i think it is a lesson of humility and helps to really try to actually live for what matters and not just let time pass. (Sorry stopping here because i think i could go on forever and ever about Third Star ^^")A wonderful movie, truly. And this song summarize perfectly this whole feelings.
I just saw this movie a month ago and Im obsessed with it and the song. The movie made me emotional none ever did besides two: Cargo and Third star. Like holy hell it was so good!! Any movie with Benedict Cumberbatch and the other wonderful actors in this move. My new favorite!!
Oh god. Around the time I'd first watched this movie, so many things were happening to me at once (this is going to sound dumb, but I was having a really, really bad existential crisis that left me unable to sleep for days at a time) and all of that combined to make an already sad movie absolutely devastating for me. I can't even look at screenshots without crying now. Brilliant movie, though. :,)
Third Star: The Best emotional trauma you'll ever watch on a screen. This song: The best reminder of the best emotional trauma you'll ever watch on a screen. PERFECT.
It's 2 am. I just watched this for the first time and it is too late at night for me to be this sad. Benedict you need to stop being such a good actor.
It was in the middle of the night. I was sad and alone, staring at my computer screen thinking what on earth I should do when I decided that I should watch Third Star, after putting it off for so long. Now I say, how could I have been so selfish thinking that I was upset when someone out there is fighting for every breath? The ending destroyed me.
I heard your song on the radio (We Don't Eat), and fell in love with your voice! Then I watched this film because it's been recommended and to my surprise another one of your song is featured! It just made adore this film and your songs even more. Must see you play live next time!
Heard of the movie then heard of this song. I watched this video and today I ordered Third Star from HMV. Can't wait to watch :D Beautiful song and video x
Oh, this song makes me cry. Literally. The movie had me sobbing. It was extremely touching. I watched it for shallow reasons. Thought Benny Cumberbatch looked cute. Went in knowing nothing about the movie. It was very sweet, funny, and touching in all its sadness. Extremely painful, but oh so wonderful to watch. It's definitely a movie you need to watch all of in order to appreciate fully. It makes you relate, and think about things. It's also generally beautiful. As is this song.
Benedict is just one of the best actors ..
Rose Salvatore he's not one of the best actors. he is the best actor. nb is as good as he is😍
Rose Salvatore I don't agree with you. He is not one of the best actors. He IS the best actor the world has ever seen.
Yes...

Every time I watch this movie I cry for at least half an hour after it ends
It's been a while and I still find myself breaking down when remembering scenes from the movie. I believe this movie has touched me really deeply. I really do. Right after watching, it just affected me so much that I took a walk outside of my house (one i hate doing) just to take a moment and enjoy life. One of my favourite actors (BC) and one of my favourite movies.

This song makes me feel like crying. But not in a bad way, it's just so full of emotion and beauty.
I watched Third Star today. Dear God the tears are still falling.
Aw man, this just makes me so emotional. Who'd think that man could have such a beautiful voice? And the film!!! THE EMOTIONS.
Third Star. The most heart breaking film ever made.
Scarlett Smith try atonement and then say this 😂😂💔
This movie got me so hard. It's sad that more people don't know about it.
This movie will never fail to make me cry. Benedict is amazing in this. Everyone is.
I literally cried for 3 hours because of Third Star and this song.
This movie and this music makes me crie, but it's one of the most beautyful movies I've ever seen. The first time I was watching this, I was crying so hard... I had to watch another movie for sleeping.

Watched the film. By the time this song came on in the credits I was weeping like a fool.
This film is fantastic and so heartbreaking. It's also very underrated. The soundtrack makes it a million times more beautiful.
This film. I can't describe how beautiful and amazing it is, I mean, it's flawless. Really. I sat and cried like a baby after watching it. SO MANY FEELS.
how is it possible for a song to make me this happy and sad at the same time?

They made James' death look like art. I will never forget the look in his eyes. .
I love this song. I just watched Third Star for the first time and I've been sobbing for the last 20 minutes and I don't think it'll stop any time soon and it's 2.41am but I can't sleep!

Oh my god, i fell in love with this song and now its in a movie with Cumberbatch. I'm dead.
