Thank you. This video helped me and quickly showed me how to invite a co-host. I spent a lot of time on the Airbnb website but did not get a solution (may be age is catching up with me). Thanks again and All the very best to you.
Hello can you help me? I am a virtual assistant and this is the first time I'm handling airbnb accounts. But my client is also first time managing airbnb and he/she wants me to learn about it from myself. That means I need to study it alone and work everything for her airbnb. No training just learn by myself. Can you help me what I should need to do first where to learn handling airbnb accounts? And what Airbnb virtual assistant tasks that I needed to do?
My dashboard doesn't have the "co-host) option now. I have my partner listed on the older listing, but just opened a new one and can't figure out how to add her. Airbnb loves to change stuff monthly it seems. I tried to see if it was on my other listing, and the option isn't there either.
@@STRSpecialist I called. I found it buried down the list. 3 different links and videos showed it someplace different. None of them was where it currently is. Why do they insist on moving stuff around? Thank you for your response..
If the primary host (homeowner) wants me (the co-host) to create the listing (i.e. filling out all the property description, etc.), is that possible to do or must the primary host fill out all the details and simply add the co-host at the end?
Can a primary host sign over his role to a co host. In case the primary host is quiting. In a way that the co host will " take over" the listings and keep the reviews and such?

Hello, How can I find new hosts in Airbnb app to send them message to offer them to manage their Airbnbs? Thank You!
Not possible.

Thank you for your response..
Does co-host too get £1k tax free allowance (from airbnb income) in an year? Please provide the info.
No only the person who owns the property gets tax relief
@@STRSpecialist thanks

It has to be the primary host to start the listing, cohost can only manage it
@@STRSpecialist Thank you. And would the co-host be able to manage the nightly rate either by updating it manually or using a dynamic pricing tool?
Yes all of that. The only thing you won't see is the financial details of the main host but everything else will be at your disposal.
@@STRSpecialist Fantastic thank you!

When would you want to add a co-host?
When you need someone to help you with hosting
thank you
