- I was thrilled when I invited @PaleoCris and Bri to this creek and they were able to join me. I knew we would have the best time together and find some beautiful pieces of history along the way. Cris and I also took the time to sit down with y'all and discuss some of the big things on our mind. Hope y'all enjoy!

This is what it’s all about, my friend. A day outdoors with friends, disconnected from all the madness, enjoying the simple things.
I’m also glad we’ve decided to start openly talking about important issues in front of everybody rather than always when the camera is off. It’s way, way overdue.
Let’s get back here ASAP and do some sifting!
Hands down my favorite friendship on the internet. I'll continue to watch & support u guys no matter what your doing, filming, or saying. Just stay true to yourselves.
I play disc golf three times a week just to get out and talk out loud. It’s nice to do with good friends that won’t judge you!!
I’m here for it!!! I’ve loved you guys since I’ve found you. I get so excited with your finds. You’re my people! Come to Knoxville, TN! ❤️❤️❤️
I'm almost positive the green marble Bri found will glow under black light. 💞💓💞
Y’all come kayaking in Louisiana with us ❤
VERY WISE YOUNG MEN GIVES ME HOPE FOR THE FUTURE .
Exactly very wise young man they care about their treasure hunting and the environment. I’ve been watching these boys for six years. They are incredible.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Listening to you two is sooooo good. You are so enlightened right on. Talk away and we will still watch. What a great combination. Outdoors, great finds and in depth discussion of what’s happing in our world. Please keep it up . Please Donna
Traverse City , Mi
The kids are alright 👍🏻
I love the fact you two are not afraid of talking different things. You are so secure as young men that you don't worry about what others think. You make me proud to watch you. Your parents must be so proud of you. I thank you for. Your videos. I have told my grands kids about you. Thank you.
Mother Nature is the best drug. The only thing better than enjoying Mother Nature. Is enjoying it with a friend. I have been doing what you do for 61 years now. It only gets better. Your best memories will be of your friends. Thanks for picking up the trash. If everyone would pick up trash every time they went outdoors than in about a hundred years we would make a huge difference 👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸👍
It’s 2020 and I’m stuck at home alone, like so many millions of other people. The RUclips algorithm suggests a video from someone going by WildKyle where he and his friend PaleoChris go hunting for giant shark teeth. This isn’t something I was previously interested in, but I figured what the hell. Now, almost four years later, I get excited with each new post. I’ve since rediscovered my childhood love for rockhounding, even resulting in finding portions of a dinosaur skeleton on one of my outings. Something 10 year old me only dreamed about. But it’s not about the rocks or the fossils, it’s about the adventure you take to get them. The joy of spending time with family and friends doing something you all enjoy. The things you bring home are just the bonus. Thanks to you guys, and that fire you reignited in me because of your charming personalities and friendship that bleeds through the screen, I’ve seen and been places I never would have otherwise. There are times when I actually have to remind myself that I dont actually know you😅. That’s how authentic you both come across as. I decided to write these thoughts down because of the conversation at the end of this video. About how important community is, real actual community, not the fake one masquerading as channel growth or likes. I may never meet you in real life, but I’m proud to feel like I have you as friends… even if that only goes one way through a screen. Keep up the good work, boys (and Brie😅)! We need more like you.
@zlatanssmithlord. I absolutely agree with you. Very well said. 👏
Well said 😁
YES!! I, too, have had to remind myself that, while I thoroughly enjoy every minute spent watching these fine people, I don't know them & they don't know me. If ever the day comes where we could meet in person I would jump at the opportunity. WildKyle & PaleoCris have always felt so genuine that I forget about the screen between us. Thank you for being yourselves & taking us all along to enjoy your adventures, your friendship & your authentic joy of discovery. I'm with you all the way!
AGREED 💯!!!
The woods are very healing. I'm 65+ and I watch very few people on this media. Mainly those I can learn from. Thank you for addressing this with your peers. We need a people circle of friends, thats how I grew up! I have 3 close friends in my life for over 40yrs. I have known them BEFORE internet. You and Chris need to be friends for the rest of your lives. Grow a circle of those who are there through thick and thin. The best friend you will ever know is Jesus. Love you both ❤
Very nice, Donna!
Anyone else notice how Bree always finds the best treasures!!! lol
She has a very focused eye. Natalie is the same way!
Yes,yes yes, young people realizing about the abuse of control..love your conversation ..it is all about building community, loving all others, having empathy and sharing. Brilliant conversation!😊😊😊
Yes! Community is so important!
I really enjoyed your conversation with Chris, Kyle. I love the finds (the marbles, OMG!!!), but we all need to reconnect. Love y'all!❤
For the life of me I cannot understand people who think they need to record every minute of their lives on social media platforms. I find it more rewarding to use technology for learning! Rock Hunting and Hunting for relics in a creek is a lot more rewarding to see what someone did with their ordinary day!
Guys !! Best conversation ever, much needed by all of us. The bit about Harlem Gold oil capsules actually shocked me because my mom used that when she would get an infection in the urinary tract. It is so genuine to see you guys sit down and talk about things that pertain to our mental health. Thank you for including us in your conversations. This means you have accepted us as part of your inner circle. That means so much to me. We have watched you go from kids to adults. So thanks again for taking us along with you when you go to new places. Love the Michigan Rocks videos too,
I grew up in the 50's and those marbles brought back so many memories. Unfortunately, many moves later, I've lost all my marbles.
Kyle and Chris, keep talking about the person-to-person friendships. You are so right on all counts.
😁 I see what you did there heehee. Oh, I'm sure you've got your proverbial marbles still.
Nothing worse than losing your marbles 😂
Your interlude with the philosophical comments was awesome! I vote for more of that touch in your videos. And this is coming from someone who loves your content. It is that important for all of us to hear the message that you have to share. We all need to constantly be reminded that we only get one chance to live this life and to interact with people on the other side of our devices. I have been guilty of isolating myself due to things going on in my life and not wanting to trouble my friends, but I can attest to how uplifted I feel when I let go of that and spend quality time with quality people. Thank you for the bonus touch to your video! As always, Stay Wild and Stay Kyle!
You young men are intelligent beyond your years! We need more young people like you to talk about the issues of the day. Many have isolated themselves in this technological world and can no longer engage with others. We need to start communicating directly. Find people with like interests and ideation. We need to reconnect, form communities, re-engage. Use your community to reach out to your followers. Who knows, how many people you can encourage to set down their phones and start a conversation? You two strike me as two thinkers and dreamers, like Emerson and Thoreau. We all need to take a walk in the woods. Really look at the world around us. Reconnect, see where we’ve come from so we can make enlightened decisions about where we want to go together!
Good for you, Kyle. You reached out to many people that getting support is paramount to our well-being. I salute you Kyle.
Thank you so much Jaklyn ❤️
I watched ya'll when u first started on youtube. I have to admit your exuberance in youth and no fear was much fun to watch. Both of you are growing up, being more cautious, judging, worrying, becoming responsible adults..
Sort of sad😢, but has happened to many youtuber channels of young men.
I do hope u play your marble games, it might be the last adventurous thing you both ever do. Before worry lines, first grey hairs and your knees and back start hurting.
You and Chris should do a podcast on the conversation at the end
We're definitely in talks about that!
WHAT AN AWESOME COUPLE OF YOUNG MEN YOU ARE! This was by far my favorite video from ANYONE ON RUclips THIS YEAR! ❤TN Nana
42:08 I’m excited to see y’all openly sharing… because many folks have not witnessed genuine kinship that doesn’t require prerequisites (which makes it disingenuous). It’s going to make many who are unfamiliar with the genuine sqeamish, but be patient, they are still learning 😉
Guys, never mind what "they say" because they don't know everything. Always listen to the little voice in your head/heart. What you do brings joy, and pleasure to so many people. Thanks 😊
Thank you guys for all your videos. I can't get out and explore anymore. I love the fossils, arrow heads and old bottles/relics from the past. I especially appreciate the discussions. Keep up the good work.
Thank you Jeane ❤️❤️❤️
I love the philosophy. You guys have a wonderful solid friendship.
I am past 70. My friendships have sustained me and I have friends that go back to grade school. We are scattered, but still see each other and communicate. It is pure gold, and I’m so glad you have that.
I love marbles. I keep a small bag in my purse and cast one out, now and then. I picture someone being happy to find it.
Thanks for a great hunt.
Love seeing you three together again. So much fun. Like seeing you mess with each other and Kyle your wild side comes out.
We have the best time together that's for sure ❤️
Use a black light and shine on the marbles to see if they have any uranium in them they will glow. Pretty cool history on those marbles.
We want more!! we need more!! Man, luv you guys been watching your 2 channels for years now. Keep being it and more of this!!
Love your entire conversation! Looking forward to more.
Wonderful and amazing to hear such wisdom coming from two young people especially two of my favorite young people. Good talk and great advice. You’re making a difference 👍🏻 proud of ya.
Could you two go on tour and talk to school kids. They’d maybe listen to you…I love that you bring up the “filtered view of our lives” . Kids who grew up with that have a hell of a time getting on without their phones.
Krazy how all thatz inna ol Georgia creek!! I need marblez!!! 😂 I'd call that brown n yellow one gecko eye..Id call the blue with white one, Ocean
I remember playing marbles at school on a man hole cover trying to flick into the center goin on bike rides as kids was so fun
Wise words and thank you guys for talking about it. PS I appreciate you taking the time to be honest about the situation! GBY ALL!
I love the chat you had with Chris it is important to have connections with people😊❤ I have always enjoyed your videos on both your channels. Two young men but wise beyond your years.😊❤
I'm speechless! That was so wise and wonderful! Food for thought guys. Thanks Kyle & Chris! 💜 to you and Bri! Hope to see you out there on the trail or beach!✌😊
Hi Kyle, Chris and Brie great video. I always watch your channels. I just sometimes lurk. You guys have taught me so much. I hope you both continue with your channels. All of you are an asset to this world. Take care and stay safe till next time. ❤️ ❤❤
I would love to see your 22 min conversation in one video!
Love love LOVE the personal content of this episode. Can't wait to see more of this!
The addiction of technology these days is awful. My daughter lives on her phone. It's so awful these days and it has caused social anxiety, because people can't face to face with anyone anymore, and obesity! People sit in one place and eat and they have lives online that they could never have in person. But I'm from the generation when we didn't have TV, or cell phones, or computers. We had friends, our bikes, and empty fields where we would make bike ramps and jumps. We had neighbors we would talk to and didnt have the crime, or drugs to worry about. I miss those days. Your honest talks and the comfort level you all have with each other, is amazing. And I know that I have no hope of ever meeting you all face to face. I live in Oregon and the PNW is a far cry from Florida, but a meet and greet and trash pick up would be awesome! What a marvelous idea! And if you all ever do make it to the West Coast, I would love to meet you and shake your hands! Your bottle finds were awesome but it's so much more than that. It's seeing you all have fun. To see friends that can hang out in the creek, like friends do! Thanks Kyle, Cris, and Bri!❤️
Thank you guys for talking about addiction in various forms. It means a lot coming from “healthy” young guys like yourselves, knowing everyone deals with it
Thank you! ❤ You all are awesome.
Had to come post again.
Man it's nice seeing you two talk about real life. We've always loved the two of you because your content is so clear and clean. Never heard any cursing, or suggestions for bad behavior. I've watched so many of y'all videos and it's been fun watching y'all hair change 😂
It's ALWAYS so entertaining and educational. That you guys are young is refreshing and gives hope to America.
We really love and care about you two... We stream on TV.. so, it's not so easy to post, but I've got a phone too 😂
Anyway, thank you both for sharing your lives with us.
I don't understand why RUclips is unsubscribing so many people, but just keep up the good work!
Man this really means a lot to us, thank you! When we talked about starting RUclips channels we always said we would be completely clean and family friendly, and be ethical fossil hunters and stewards of the environment. Hahahaha and yes our hair has changed a LOT 😂 when I look back at our first videos I think "that looks nothing like me now" 😂. Thank you for taking the time to comment and share your thoughts, my friend. ❤️
Thank you for saying what more people need to hear. I feel so much better now than I did knowing that I am not alone in seeing the danger surrounding us all. Born in 1950,I am of the generation that doesn’t want to be controlled by anyone to the extent that I see happening around me. Hold your heads high and keep moving forward
You young men are enjoyable to watch when you walk the Creeks, Rivers, lakes! Wonderful humor! Looking for loose marbles!
Yes, very wise young men and I love treasure hunting at family dumps, creek beds , woods and rivers. I’m 70 years old now though and couldn’t do much. But, I love watching y’all. ❤️🙏❤️
Thank you, Kyle and Chris. You are so right about community and that requires intentionality. We also need physical contact- just a hand on the shoulder. It can bring healing and connection. I really do enjoy your wonder and enthusiasm that you bring to your explorations.❤
You guys are fun to watch! In my neighborhood, growing up in the 50’s and 60’s, we played marbles a lot. But the bigger kids always won us younger one’s best marbles🫤. I still have a jar full of my old marbles displayed in my craft studio. I’m 71 and I still love my marbles. 😁
Hunting artifacts and old bottles is probably the only time my son's and I really connect. Some of the best memories for sure. Keep hunting and saving history while spending time with people who matter.
Well done Kyle, well done Chris . Love your channels and this is so refreshing and honest. Keep talking from your hearts !
Hi guys! I have a couple of suggestions for you:
* Get some maps, yes paper maps (gasp)! Use them to find your destinations instead of your cell phone. The world is a much bigger place than your cell phone and there are lots of things to see & do along the way!
* Call people, don’t text. Especially people older than you, you might just brighten their day!
* If you still have your parents, talk to them about their childhood, school, their dreams, anything you can think of.
* Keep hunting for old stuff, it’s cool!
* Keep loving life!
Maps, county maps. So many side roads not on the state maps. We grew up with a mom that loved side roads, we eventually got to where we needed to go! 😂
Thank you Kyle and Chris for your honest talk about today's loneliness caused by social media. I truly hope and will be watching for more open friendship talks between the two of you!!!!
Thanks for the wise words. Unfortunately, I’m afraid that most of the phone addicts aren’t watching. However, if you reach even one, you have done “ good work”.
That was a great time! Good to see the three of you!
When I saw this video was 50 minutes long, I wasn't sure I would watch it all to be honest. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire video from the adventure to the conversion. Thanks for sharing your perspective! Keep doing what you're doing guys.
Thanks so much for sticking through it! We are glad you enjoyed it ❤️
Well said, we've stopped buying gifts and instead we have a day out somewhere. Making memories.
I’m 72 years old and can remember some of the great finds. My granddaughter and I make a game of who can find the most garbage on the beach. It’s fun and I’m teaching her to look down. You boys know how important it is is to look down into our history
This is why I look for real down to earth people that love what they do
Nothing like a little fun... a little history....and thought provoking conversation. Nice balance y'all. ✌🏼
Thank you for this video and conversation. If you are ever in the western UP of Michigan, we would love to meet you.
Your conversation interlude made me feel so much hope for the future.
You have years of wisdom at such young ages.
All this old lady can add is... Travel. Don't be shy and travel the world. One learns so much and makes awesome connections.
The G. De Koning Tilly bottle is an counterfeit from a Dutch product called Haarlemmerolie (a miracle oil / dietary supplement made of turpentine oil, herbs and sulfur). The original company who made the oil (C. De Koning Tilly) sued this company in 1905 and won. Very rare and nice finding.
I love you guys and girls! Thank you for expressing how you feel. I’m 71 and really appreciate it!
Wish you did audiobooks! Your voice is so calming to listen to!
You guys got it right.
I just want to say that you two young men know what life is about. I am on 76 years old. I graduated 58 yrs ago. I hope your message gets out to the young people your age and under. When I was in my 30s, there was no Internet. I remember the first computer we got. The Amiga. Ancient!. Keep up the good work. I love your channels ❤
I’m so glad you are talking about this. It’s absolutely beautiful!!! I definitely have learned so much from you two. My 26 and 28 year olds love you both as well. I have always picked up trash as well as looking for fossils and beautiful rocks and minerals. I’m very grateful that you guys are creators!!!❤❤❤❤
My children are a closer to 40, and it amazes me how much they talk face to face (like the 2 of you). I appreciate your intellect!
The 3 pound brass item is the lid to an old fire extinguisher.
I love y'all even more now. I love the way your channels are evolving.✌❤❤❤🙏🙏
I just wanted to let you know that you are amazing and also that i love your content
Thank you so much Elliott!
I love that you've all found your lost marbles! Clearly Chris has lost the least!
I love that very real Convo you had. A lot of creators are stopping or breaking from creating due to the mental health issues. It's very sad. I love the content from outdoors where I can't be and that it's making people I find so incredible, sick. That makes me sad.
I love your videos and would go marble hunting, fossil collecting and shelling with you guys!
You three are my absolute favorites, Young men who so love what you do ,out there enjoying every adventure .I love rock hounding myself ,awesome memories with my Dad when I was young, then later with my mum ,sadly both have passed recently. Oh Bree is a n amazing finder of cool stuff .Im from Australia ,victoria and there are some beautiful places to find treasures I love being out there in nature ,The stress is gone ,more young people need to do this ,Cheers and have lots of fun
I'll say it again - I'd pay for a weekend rock hunt with y'all. Or go on a beach/river clean up. BTW, that was awesome music from those 100 year old bottles!! Can't you imagine some kid doing that same thing just before they turned in that bottle for a penny? Keep up the good work
Great finds ! That creek is a gift that keeps on giving
I'm so happy and grateful that you and Cris have been in each other lives as I know how easy when you are dealing with your own struggles it can be to push people away or hide and lose touch but you two look like you are there when needed or give space when requested but when the dust settles you are back to being goofy, supportive, chaotic little buddies letting us in on your world of mud, bottles and bones.
Leave it to Bri to blow the guys out of the water with her mad hunting skills. My daughter and I love watching you guys and seeing where your adventures take you and learning new things from you too. My daughter loves all things nature and outdoors and you get her so excited to get outside and hunt for treasures.
I love this content, you have hit it on the head. The decline of humanity and respect for each other.
I've been watching your channel since you started it back in 2018. I've totally enjoyed everything that you've shared, the good and the bad. Keep doing what you believe in and I'm sure that there will always be people out there that will feel the connection. ❤
The only way is to be outdoors. It clears your mind and puts a whole new perspective on life. It's hard to explain but its there. I've lived my life outdoors , I know. Thanks.
Hey Kyle, I saw someone online years ago who takes broken dishes and such that have nice designs and makes beautiful jewelry out of them. Justa thought. I sooo love the marbles, way ta go Bree! I loved the meaingful philosophy sessions, y'all are awesome! Honesty is so extremely important, thank you!
You have discovered the meaning of life. Authenticity, friendships, experiences and community. I enjoyed your chat!✌🏻❤
Thank you both for telling the truth about our world today.
You two are absolutely right about all you said about cellphones and addiction. I’ve worked with adolescents for nearly 30 years and it breaks my heart to see how much their lives have changed for the worse with social media and phones.
I feel every bit of what you guys said in the serious conversation to my core! I have been disconnecting from social media and just focusing on going out to have a good time and recording the adventure along the way - in the hopes of growing a community to get out and explore together - to essentially find my tribe. I am openly FAR from perfect - but really good at being a socially awkward nature/history/ neurodivergent kind soul! I've followed/subscribed to yall since the beginning - and have loved getting to see the" real" parts of life just as much as any of it. I appreciate and empathize the honesty and openness in regards to mental health. So many of us deal with feeling "not enough" or "too much" TOO MUCH OF THE TIME - and the more people are open about their struggles and form connection the better! Love you guys - forever a fan (and would love to do a fossil hunt some time!) - Cindy
Oh I’m so so happy to see y’all together!
I forgot what it’s like to have a best friend. Lol y’all literally flow when you talk. It’s wonderful. 🙂
What a great adventure. I love marbles. I wonder who lost their marbles.?😅😂 good visit thanks
I found a marble in a creek this morning and was wondering who lost their marble and if there were marbles
I knew there was something about you guys... Been watching you both for about 3 years. Tonight you all hit the nail on the head! Thank you for sharing what you shared!
We love you both
I know you have a lot of comments, but I feel I need to say this. I’m glad to hear your views on social media, I grew up without any technology. We had friends and community, but as years pass by this has gone. I really enjoy your conversation. We used to play out, and have adventures everyday. If we did anything wrong, and we were seen, we’d be in trouble when we got home. Everyone knew each other, and would talk , and if you needed anything you could always find help. I enjoyed your finds and your conversation. It’s so nice to see Bree and Chris, and the connection you guys have. Thank you guys
I wish I could go here!! I would be there all day everyday finding all those amazing treasures!!
I am also dying over here cuz marbles was huge in my family back in the 70’s. I had the best collection!! Infact I’ve had some of the marbles you guys have found today!!! Awesome 🙌👍🤗
You guys are awesome. Down to earth, kind and caring. You and Chris are such good guys. Love your girlfriends as well. Thank you so much for sharing and caring. Love your videos. You and Chris are our families favorite RUclipsrs.
I’ve been a subscriber for a few years and I’ve enjoyed all your content. I just want you and Cris to know how much I enjoyed and needed this video! It’s a cloudy day today but this was my sunshine! A fan forever!!!!
Need more of these videos
Y’all got me! Hook, line and sinker! Not many people want to talk about these things, but you hit the nail on the head! I grew up walking creeks and rivers in the Pacific NW and was never bored. My parents just expected me home before dark and I feel truly enriched from my experiences. Love your channels and wish you both good health and happiness.
You guys nailed it. I have had to explain this to my young impressionable grandsons. Thank you for doing what you do.
Thank you Victoria! We believe this stuff is so important to share.
I watched every second and loved it all
Love everything you both said. I am 57 and left teaching early because technology got it the way. I believe you are the next generation to help with change
Has to be one of my favorite videos... EVER! I was just telling my husband how much I enjoy watching both of you, for your knowledge and your personalities. I can so relate to your silliness, love of nature and humanity and your life views. I also appreciate that you include your sweet ladies. Please continue just what you are doing, you make the world such a better place ❤
I'm in my 50s and I love being outdoors. I was raised up fishing and hunting and just being outside playing. I love going rock hunting and just being in Nature. That's one of the reason I love both yours an Cris' videos. I really enjoy watching you both.
Hello, I am 66 years old and love walking creeks, and I have never ever owned a cell phone, my work does supply me with an ancient type of flip phone, so they can verify a delivery time if need be..Yes, I do own a Laptop but didn't get it until around age 50 or later..I sure wouldn't be upset if I had to give it up...I do enjoy watching your adventures, and I guess If I didn't have my laptop I couldn't spend time with you and your close friends like Cris on your journeys..I have had my own Daughter tell me, as she was growing up, that she would just die without her cell phone, I am sure she was being serious..It is refreshing that you and Cris realize, that quite a lot of Social Media is an addiction, and as bad as Heroin...And I do believe the withdraws from no Social Media would be about the same? Is is nice hearing that you and Cris are realists with your conversations when your camera's are off, but I have a funny feeling when your cameras are off, your cell phones are still on? Be safe...
