(I dont know what your mother tongue is but google can traslate pretty well small sentences)
The O-Ring principle plays in well here. If you define skill as the probability that someone does not make a mistake on an individual move, a team comprised entirely of high-skill (for example, 0.99+) players can be destroyed by one low skill player, since their actions chain together. That's why firms with lots of high skill employees are willing to pay the most in order to gain more high skill employees, and, in this case, why Yasser chaining together with an 800 elo player is not a 1700 player.

In chess, a forced move is the only legal move. Sometimes chess players abuse this term when they actually mean "the only move that doesn't worsen the position", which is something completely different.
Sometimes as a figure of speech players use the term "forced" to say that there is only one good move. Treating every word as a literal definition and you miss the nuance of the English language as well as rule out the way people actually mean things. When you say someone "forced my hand" it usually also means you had a choice, one way or another, yet this is a popular saying to mean that someone influenced you but not literally forced you.
