I"'ve always been intrigued by Bob Carver. He was quite daring as a designer. His ideas were wild and wacky, and I also see him as an entertainer.

I've owned lots of Carver stuff. I love the amps they made in the mid 90's - 500x, 760x, 753x. They sound natural, clean, powerful. I'm puzzled why modern reviewers say 50 -100 watts is enough. It's not.

love my M-4.0t's. bought 2 of them in the late 80's. They shake my home and the neighbors dread their thunder.
