LVL Firmware Flashing and Load Settings

The step needed to Flash LVL firmware:
1. Download the GP2040 Firmware and Backup file for ABC/WASD.
2. Flash Nuke* then Flash using GP2040 Firmware.
3. Load the Backup file for ABC/WASD.
*if you are using new RP2040 you can skip the Flash Nuke.
