True in women-dominated environments, their work is tied to their emotions. and they make the lone male [me] do 99% of the work all they want to do is talk. whats worse they use me as an excuse to take breaks then complain that I do my and their jobs instead of partying with them.
Hmm, sounds like you need a different job, or maybe even a different field of work if you have only worked for many years in a woman-dominated environment so much that you can judge that all of them are just like that. My job started quiet-firing me about 5 months before they actually did it. I got a substantial raise in February and fired me in September. My supervisor was insecure about being my supervisor and not knowing a thing about what I did.
