Only worry I have is the obvious frustration with himself that showed today on Keinan Davis's face. I hope the other players, coaches and fans can give him the support he needs to realise that even without a goal it is early days, his contribution has been important and his first goal for the Forest will come soon. The 3 points is what matters and we deserved them. Very disappointing to give them the penalty late on but hopefully errors like that won't occur too frequently going forward
Got the tactics wrong in first half but credit to cooper for changing it 2nd half. We look a completely different animal with Johnson on the wing and grabban up top
I used to really dislike Cooper when he was at Swansea and tbh wasn't sure he was the correct appointment 🤔 . I've never been happier to admit i was wrong the more he talks the more i can listen . Dare i say hes the best manger we've had since the late Great Mr Clough ! FC did a good job and im grateful i got to taste European football under him ( i was only 5 when BC took us there ) Billy 1st timr a round we played some great football but with Steve Cooper i just have a feeling something special is coming again . Lets hope so COYR !!! Ps great win today lads !!
Agreed. He's the best manager since clough and Taylor were ripping teams apart. He has ideas, has great tactical awareness, talks sense, relates to the fans. Tbh I'm so impressed with Cooper, more so than I thought I ever would be . He and Forest seem the perfect fit.
Poor 1st half and good Lawrence missed that easy chance. Plenty of chances 2nd half, should've been more comfortable in the end but another great result, 3 in a row!!
We need to start off well in games dont understand why it takes us so long to get going.be on the front foot from the start n take the game to the opposition. Big 2 games coming up have to win them both to stay in touch with the top 6 Huddersfield qpr Middlesbrough Blackburn all winning games.
