God wrote the bible. 2 Peter 1:20-21 knowing this is first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone's own interpretation. For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of men, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. Women can fellowship but they are to be silent in church. That's the difference.
God can use anyone. There is no limitation. God even can use Esther and Deborah during their time. Silent doesn't mean not responding to God's personally calling towards any girl. If Any women are being called to preach by God, then we should not stop it. But let our hearts guided by the Lord to understand His heart, His plans etc. We are called to declare about His gospel to the nations. (Mat 28;18-20). In everything pray and seek wisdom from God.
