- Mega Man 8-bit deathmatch (MM8BDM) has great bosses. Each one is redone from a boss fight from its appropriate game. Its interesting to see Cutman Mike developed these bosses to still have that Mega Man feel in the FPS genre. The second part includes the bosses from Chapter 7 through 12 plus the bonus boss battles such as Ra Thor and Ra Moon. Enjoy!

Hey, my game crashes whenever I get to the second part of the Ra Moon fight, does anyone know what the issue might be?
I don't know of anyone else who has ran into that problem. I'll pin your post so it catches attention. Have you tried re-installing?
@@MegaYoYo I got it to work eventually, but as far as I know, I didn't do anything different. Very weird.
@@Slashthehedgehog1443 It crashes if you're running the game on software mode instead of OpenGL mode.
@@Slashthehedgehog1443 same trouble, but i have a fix but not 100% is, after defeat the ra thor, DONT LOOK THE INTRO from the ra moon, try to the player dont see the intro, and after this, you can fight with ra moon but beware, if you die, your game gonna crash because the player look the intro from the ra moon, so, sadly you need to used the "GOD MODE" to have the archiviement but with a bad tasty
well, sometimes it happens to me when i die or even randomly, sometimes not, but you can't in ANYWAY look at ra moon in ra devil intro, it's guaranteed that gonna crash man your game
I like that Terra does the Iori laugh just before he is killed for good.

When I first encountered that scene I busted out laughing. He didn’t even finish his dialogue before I blasted him with a twitch shot
If you don’t shoot him right away, he’ll ramble for a bit.
At the end, when he says “So, any last words?” I shake my view in a “yes” and *then* I shoot him
Things got so intense from Megaman 7 onward, and I honestly kinda love it
MM7 ending gets dark. He was gonna give Dr.Wily the smoke.
I could imagine a final chapter leading up to introducing Zero.

Some corrections:
- Bass 2nd form is Super Bass
- Wily is in his Capsule from MM7
- The Evil Robot doesn't have any real name, but in comics he's been referred as "Trio". Eclipse, however, is the name of his form that merges with Wily Star.
- "Flying whale" is actually a shark. Forgot it's name
- Ra Moon 1st phase is different robot controlled by him, Ra Thor
- Cops attack you because those are Fake Men

That sunstar fight is absolutely wild. He just walks at you, menacingly until you leave a single scratch on him via firing 3 armies' worth of military ordinance at him.
That was crazy to experience. Going in blind I thought I was supposed to lose. Nah, the mans a walking fortress

I only played a little bit of this game back in like 2017 and yet that final boss still almost put tears in my eyes just from how fucking epic it is

Man, I remember the times when the EE Robot fight in the space was the coolest shit ever... and the time when you had to do the Genesis Unit buster only.

When I realized he teleported Maestro to the fucking X era, I lost my shit. I also half expected the fight to end with Vile showing up and killing Quint.

With Trio, all his powers are easy to dodge, but flash bomb is pretty much *Unavoidable Death*

Feel’s telling that Grenade Man’s attack isn’t shown in the fight against the Evil Energy Robot. It’s probably because I just suck, but that attack was always a fight ender, meanwhile I imagine everyone else knows just how to dodge it, lol.
Trust me man, it took me forever to get that clean fight. That attack would absolutely destroy me. He is definitely the hardest boss.
@@MegaYoYo Without a doubt. I came to the video wondering if you’d found a way, but you still mopped him up excellently. Looking it up, the wiki says to ‘dodge crazy’ which I take to mean ‘keep running and pray’.
Use Plant Barrier for recovery the hp.

Amazing storyline, Duo getting one shot cold murdered by Terra added some epicness and the madness villain created by merging Sunstar with evil energy by Trio is just amazing usage of lore that had a lot of wasted potential in the canon.
The evil energy trio was such an excellent end boss.

Can someone tell me how to report bug for this game? Every time i die on boss, it resets my game to some prevoius moment. Few Times gamma to begining of chapter 6 and buster rod to search man.

if you're still trying, hiding behind the pillars to avoid his shots is a viable strategy.
try making him chase you and circling the pillar while shooting at him.
if the kick is giving you trouble, always straferun diagonally away from him and jump when he's about to kick

The desing of the final boss reminds me a lot of Gecko Moria, of the one piece anime/manga (atleast when he is on his asgard form)

How do you charge your weapons? I tried pretty much every key and I can't find anything relating to charge shots in options. Now I can't defeat the boss in chapter 8.

@@MegaYoYo I know, but some weapons, like the Duo Fist can charge up. I want to know how to do that. In v5, I had to hold left click on the mouse. Now in v6, it seems impossible.

While it is a "Final Ending", CutmanMike (creator and main dev of the game) is not opposed to a MM 11 campaign, but I think he will wait for yet a MM 12 to drop first before trying something.

First on quint there is a secret portal in waterfalls and then at fake man you have to restart the shark battle once again

well one year later but ¿how to fight with the shark virus?
3 years late but it's actually based on your renderer. If you're playing with Software Rendering, looking up and down is harder to do, so they made the Fake Man route where you don't have to aim much. You have to play with the Hardware Renderer in OpenGL to play the Shark Virus route

Weapons archive is a repeat of bosses so I wasn't sure to put it in so I skipped it.
There's honestly only one problem I would have with this game, and it's a big one...The gameplay looks awesome, something I would want to play but...Why a deathmatch game?...Why couldn't it just be like playing Doom's single player?...I'd keep all the bosses and especially that banger of a final boss...But, why a deathmatch for most of the game?!

Wily Capsule can't be fought unless you beat Bass buster only.
It's a... "Humility" session for Bass. He uses an adaptor. You don't.

Words cannot describe how much I hate this final boss. The whole game is like a mixture of Mega Man and Quake, but when you get to the final boss, it's time for Punch-Out meets some 3D action game. It's not a test of the skills you've gained and learned throughout the game, it's a test of patience against some random enemy that isn't even from a Mega Man game. Just shoot giant generic energy attacks and get close to play Punch-Out but with even worse input delay. What a shame of a final boss for an otherwise great game.
See, eclipse is more of a "cool fight" than a test of skills, the actual test of everything you learned throughout the game is sunstar, and he comes RIGHT before this fight, eclipse is essentially just a cinematic with gameplay in it
