You speak of winning your first game but i just get put up against people who have thousands of hours in the game and i dont even know what gun does exactly what. Non stop my team gets into a fight and i get beamed within 2 seconds by people who have played the game for years. I gave it 2 days hoping my losses would eventually get me in my own skill level of people but im still put up against people who are just unfairly good. There;s no point in trying to get better when i lose the instant a fight happens aka i cant improve cause i cant even do anything besides be sent back to the loading screen.
Its not that much about me getting a win but more about me being put on my own skill level instead of against predators while i barely touched a gun ;)@@HBosse90
thats all you can expect to find, the game is not new and big part of its player base is formed by older experienced players, theres not even large marketing around the game anymore and new players barely join, just take your time and learn or hop on another game.

The Heirloom will come eventually there is no FOMO there with the shards system,. Overall yeah it sucks to be coming in just now because you will have missed out on all the old events where they did give free collection packs and BP skins, and legend tokens from leveling, but still I think 1 BP worth of microtransactions is a fair amount to ask for all you get in return and with any luck it shows the bean counters at EA that this F2P game is worth their efforts to keep alive. I know I've got my money's worth with over 1000 hours played and many many BP rewards for way less than $160. Whales are gonna whale and Apex is not special in that regard.
yeah, I've been trying to not fork over more than 10 dollars for a battle pass cause when I got the Valk heirloom collection event as soon as i got it i really regret it cause i also asked a lot of money out of my mom to get it and cause she was way to nice she caved in tbh one of my biggest regrets so far in life and im not that deep into life im not even 18 yet i hope when i can finally get a job i plan to hopefully get/do something big for my mom

I'm happy with what I have in Apex, but I literally just enjoy having good combat interactions 👍 I think the only thing I bought was a Loba skin ages ago because it reminded me a little of Jill Valentine (big Resident Evil fan). It never affected my gameplay and to be honest most the time I'm looking at the players hands holding a weapon whilst I run around the map.
