As a nepali , this video offended me. This is not authentic authentic nepali food. Veg saphale? Bhuteko bhaat is jst casual nepali food. Aalu saadheko is like a sider . Momo ko achar is not meant to be spicy , we have another spicy achar for it. Waiwai saadheko (chatpatey) is not supposed to be ate like that. Leaving in open air. If you want to make video of certain cuisine. Make sure it is authentic and know when and how is that eaten .Bon Appetite !

Don't call them Nepal they would say Kathmandu is belong to India just like chokli showing Nepal mountain Indian
The chutney you had with momo was authentic one. Its made from stir frying tomatoes ,sesame seeds ,garlic and peanuts, unlike the Indian ones that only has garlic and chilly in it.

Shapale is a Newari dish originally found in Kathmandu which mainly contains filling of buff.

अर्सा(Arsa) is a festive food made during Dipawoli and during marriage function. Not every food are made every other day.And we dont create such weird combo with ice-cream.
This is not a proper nepali cuisine video. Big fan of TUG but research didn't stand up to the mark this time. Hope you go to Nepal and try proper Nepali food in future ❤️😁

Shyabhalay is tibetan but we widely eat it in Nepal. Nepali style momo is Jhol momo which you guys should try. Its obv not your fault cause tue nepali outlets in Delhi obv have modified the dishes to suit the place

OG.. this is The OG chutney of momo..or rite way to make momo chutney....being Nepali from northeast i got shocked when i tested momo chutney outside North east or Nepal ..😂😂 now m missing my home n my home made food.. Facts about momo was also wrong... kothe is a type of momo.. we get steamed momo, kothe momo, fried momo, and much more varieties.. achar can be of many variations too. Spicy chutney alag hota hai...

Wai wai chakna tha or chakna hi rahega, maggi kbhi ban bhi nahi paega. Antil bhai galat info dete bhi nahi hai kbhi.

Wai Wai Chatpate is another snacks which is made when u want to eat crispy and chatpatey like chanaChatpat but without Bhel, its another kind of Bhel. And WaiWai Sadheko is snacks made for satisfying cravings of eating crunchy snacks yet cooked healthy ingredients.
