@@wayneb6583 unfortunately I don't believe Dylan can make new items he can only use existing ones so the evasion item wouldn't be possible and since he has to do these videos in sword and shield instead of scarlet and violet the multi hit item doesn't exist yet either
If you do this again, I’d recommend Rain World characters. There’s a bunch of different campaigns you can choose from, all of which have different abilities (the best for Pokémon abilities would probably be Spearmaster, as you can use leech life type moves). The lore of this game and the environment is absolutely stunning, but this game is not for the faint of heart as it is legitimately the hardest game I’ve ever played. It’s been compared to Dark souls in level of difficulty, it’s crazy.

Miss would've been better if it instead worked as making any attack miss during a certain amount of turns and once it runs out can be hit by any move (including normal and fighting) so the way to fight him is just like the game, endure it long enough until you can finally land that sweet hit (Yes, I know you can only rename abilities, but it'd still been more fidelity to the original game)

The thing is that the hard battles happen just there, and these are what lead people to consider certain characters as 'strong' (Asriel Dreemurr needs more recognition in that sense) But i get your point for real, Asgore is the king of the underground and he gets less recognition than even Jerry sometimes
There's a Pet Mod on Smogon called Crossover Chaos that's been doing this on a grand scale since Gen 7. It recently started a reboot, but there's a lot of wild ideas that got put in the previous version. The new version aims to make things more codeable/playable, so that means less insane mechanics, but it's still fun to theorycraft video game characters as Pokemon.
As an Undertale fan, I really enjoy one part of the video You probably guessed it but I thank united plays for adding this game to the list Really makes me go insane sometimes
I'd love to see Yoshi added to a team as a Normal/Dragon type! I think his established moves would include Egg Bomb and Lick. For custom moves, I could envision a Ground Pound (based either on Earthquake to reflect shaking the ground or on Fly to reflect jumping up and slamming down) and Slurp (a powered-up version of Wrap). He'd likely have the Immunity ability to eat any foe and not get poisoned.
Guts (for eating a bunch of weird thing to get stronger) and Magic Guard (for walking on spikes and licking things without being meaningfully harmed) would be good secondary and hidden abilities for Yoshi. ...If only one of the three abilities including yours could be picked, I'd go for Magic Guard, since avoiding indirect damage is a high point of Yoshi's claim to fame. Still has to worry about "touch fuzzy, get dizzy" though.

I think sans' ability should be reverse slow start,where every attack on him has a much higher chance of missing,but after 5 turns that runs out and his stats become way worse 7:56 he would 500% be a electric/flying or psychic/flying type (very smart boi)
The special defense + physical defense thing can be done. Take Aurora Veil, remove hail requirement. Easy. Also, seeing Mustache Girl from A Hat in Time would be great. Just imagine: a Dark/Fairy type with a variant of Justified called Twisted Justice. Her first move could be Hourglass Bomb, a Dark type move that raises her speed by one stage, while simultaneously lowering her opponents speed by the same amount, while her other move could be Rift Cannon, a powerful Fairy type move that lowers her own speed by 2 stages afterwards. She could also have Roar of Time considering her abilities. As for her stats, I imagine she would be fast and strong, but somewhat frail in exchange.
I think that susie would be a good character for Pokémon, with a move “Rude Buster” and “Axe Swing” where susie throws the axe, dealing big damage, the stats would be Attack : High Defence : Low Health: 30 1LV and increases 2 HP every Level up

I think Psychic-Fighting. Psychic for the ability to see the future, fighting because “WHY DO THE BIONIS AND THE MECHONIS HAVE TO KEEP ON FIGHTING?” Ok actually because big sword go brrr, but steel doesn’t seem fitting as that should only be on a character related to the mechonis. Plus then he’d get Stab sacred sword, which fits the Monado perfectly.
How to catch Sans: Encounter him on the isle of armor once you have fainted 100 wild Pokémon He will appear as soon as you get out of the 100th encounter. You need your team to survive 25 attacks, just like his battle. His ability is Karmatic Retribution. Karmatic Retribution stats: All attacks will give the enemy toxic poison, and they can dodge a total of 25 times. Base Stats: HP: 1 Attack: 1 Defense: 1 Speed: 999 Special Attack: 1 Special Defense: 1 Attacks: Bonemarang (same as usual) Gaster Blaster (1 damage times the level of the opponent) Bone Zone (50% accuracy, but hits like a truck) Fake Spare (If the opponent uses a non-damaging move, negative effects will be returned to them) FINAL ATTACK: At 0 dodges left, when the next hit will kill, Sans will use the FINAL ATTACK. The player will have to manually make their Pokémon dodge, controlling a cartoony heart, dodging his final attack from the original Undertale, leaving all of your party members with 1 HP. But question for Winston's barrier could you have done reflect + light screen if you put it over Aurora Veil and just removed the Hail requirement? How about Empress of Light from Terraria? I feel like she’d make an amazing Fairy Legendary/pseudo legendary. Also geomancy is nearly perfect match for her animations in game.

you know what i would like a LOT? Sackboy/Sackgirl from the LittleBigPlanet series. If you don't know them, they are little people, as the size of something like your hand (they're desinged as an easter egg themselves because they designed them by making them doll-sized even though they have nothing in common) that are made as a little sack! they're very fast and flexible, so it would be a good team speedster, and they specialize in their great movements to defeat giant bosses with their friends like OddSock (if ykyk) So i was thinking it would be a decent speedster (probably around the 70's or 80's), somewhat strong and very bulky (ik that sounds controversial but hear me out) I say bulky cuz they actually have a LOT of stamina, can run for hours on end, lift really heavy objects with but a single string tied to their hand, and much more, so it could be a good way to trick people into thinking they have bad bulk when it's visceversa. Type:Normal/Fairy (haven't got one'o those in a long time) Abil: Sack's Blessing (Adaptability) Special moves: Mega Zipaway (use Anchor shot animation, 50 bp, Normal-type, Physical, traps targets in battle) String's Stregth (use Meteor assault animation, 120 bp, Fairy type, Special, raises Speed by 1 stages but decreases SpAtk by 1 stage)
I would love to see Soulsborne characters for this. I feel that Dark Souls bosses would def be easier for typing/moves. Gwyn could be Fire/Ghost, while Soul of Cinder could be Fire/Fighting (or even fire/electric, or just give him thunderbolt lmao) Nameless King could be a duo with King of the Storm, and they could be Flying/Electric together (giving them flamethrower since KotS has his fire attacks). Could even give them Parental Bond lmao. Or you could do Ornstein & Smough, make em Electric/Fighting, and give them Parental Bond instead A lot of the bloodborne bosses could fall under dark or psychic for sure. Bloodstarved Beast could be Dark/Poison, and Darkbeast Paarl would obv be Dark/Electric
If abilities didnt have the restrictions they have, these would be my ideas for the new abilities (In the order of the video). Hazy Slumber: Evasion maxes out on switch-in, moves are guaranteed to hit the user if the user is sleeping. Mipha's Grace: When the user faints, the Pokemon taking it's place will have it's HP fully restored. Wyvern Scales: Maxes out Defense on switch-in, every physical hit lowers your defense by 2 stages. Multihit moves trigger this multiple times. Toadstool Blossom: Contact moves have a 30% chance of inflicting sleep. If sleep would be inflicted on a Pokemon that is already asleep, the user will recover 25% of the opponent's HP. Tank: The Pokemon's Special moves do damage based on the Pokemon's Special defense. Tail Prowess: Boosts the Base Power of attacks by 25% if the user moves first.
Could've used Diggersby's model since Sans in Undertale often has his hands in his hoodie, also Diggersby has a laid back stance despite not having a hoodie by default & Sans not having ears might make some of his attacks look weird so who knows if it'll actually work out anyways.

I would love to see Soulsborne characters for this. I feel that Dark Souls bosses would def be easier for typing/moves.
Gwyn could be Fire/Ghost, while Soul of Cinder could be Fire/Fighting (or even fire/electric, or just give him thunderbolt lmao)
Nameless King could be a duo with King of the Storm, and they could be Flying/Electric together (giving them flamethrower since KotS has his fire attacks). Could even give them Parental Bond lmao.
Or you could do Ornstein & Smough, make em Electric/Fighting, and give them Parental Bond instead
A lot of the bloodborne bosses could fall under dark or psychic for sure. Bloodstarved Beast could be Dark/Poison, and Darkbeast Paarl would obv be Dark/Electric
You should have made Sans Normal/Ghost, him only being killable with Dark would have made more sense

If abilities didnt have the restrictions they have, these would be my ideas for the new abilities (In the order of the video).
Hazy Slumber: Evasion maxes out on switch-in, moves are guaranteed to hit the user if the user is sleeping.
Mipha's Grace: When the user faints, the Pokemon taking it's place will have it's HP fully restored.
Wyvern Scales: Maxes out Defense on switch-in, every physical hit lowers your defense by 2 stages. Multihit moves trigger this multiple times.
Toadstool Blossom: Contact moves have a 30% chance of inflicting sleep. If sleep would be inflicted on a Pokemon that is already asleep, the user will recover 25% of the opponent's HP.
Tank: The Pokemon's Special moves do damage based on the Pokemon's Special defense.
Tail Prowess: Boosts the Base Power of attacks by 25% if the user moves first.
Could've used Diggersby's model since Sans in Undertale often has his hands in his hoodie, also Diggersby has a laid back stance despite not having a hoodie by default & Sans not having ears might make some of his attacks look weird so who knows if it'll actually work out anyways.
