Every member of the band has to register independently as a composer / lyricist. And if you release independently, you can register your band as a publisher as well

Hello! Who decides the percentage of revenue a composer or a lyricist of a song? And, if a song is released before registration, will the composer get the revenue after becoming a member of IPRS?
Percentages are by default decided as per the govt guidelines, you'll get a clearer picture when the video of song registration will be live, hopefully coming week. And yes the composers and lyricists will only be able to get royalties when they register themselves as a member in IPRS

Singers IPRS mein register nahi kar sakte, singers ki society ka naam ISAMRA hai
mene ak music ko routenote par 15 din phele release ke liya rakha tha abhi tak kuch accepet/denied ka reply nahi aaya to isme kya karna chahiye?
Kuch nahi karna chahiye, bus wait karna chahiye. Kabhi kabhi time lagta hai routenote mein kyuki free service hai

As a composer for sure, but if you "own" the copyrights of composition and lyrics, then as a publisher also

ak questiona tha ki agar ham koi music ko xyz name se release kar rahe or yt channel ka name abc hai jisko hame oac me convert karna hai then hmara yt channel ka name music maker ke name se alag hai to wo oac mai convert hoga ya nahi? ya fir hame name ko manually convert karna padega? ya yt/music distributor khud hmare channel ka name convert kar dega?

You cannot register remixes / mashups / covers until and unless you have the appropriate license to legally release such songs
Kindly tell me how to get that licence!

Who decides the percentage of revenue a composer or a lyricist of a song?
And, if a song is released before registration, will the composer get the revenue after becoming a member of IPRS?
Percentages are by default decided as per the govt guidelines, you'll get a clearer picture when the video of song registration will be live, hopefully coming week.
And yes the composers and lyricists will only be able to get royalties when they register themselves as a member in IPRS
