You forgot to mention that in chess960, the king has to be in between the rooks to allow castling and also the bishops have to be on opposite color squares

Yes. That's one of the absurd rules about it. No matter where the pieces start, when castling they finish on the squares they would in regular chess. Prior, historical forms of random chess did not allow castling.
