Cool episode Bush, good bunch of fish again. You never stop to amaze me buddy. That bridge monster you thought was a small one lol gave you fight later on 😅 tight lines buddy 🎣
Love your style Bush !! No electronics just knowledge. I've gotta say the drum was perfect size for a grill filets. My son caught one in Johns pass years ago. He was a little boy and insisted that he wanted me to clean and cook it for him . I did with friends and some ribeye steaks with drum for an appetizer. My friends were from palm harbor. After we ate the fish anout 15 lbs filet they said it was one of the best they have had . Didn't believe me. Just light lemon butter some light seasonings basically seared . You gotta try man. Enjoyed as always be safe God bless you and ur family.
Hey Bush it's me Vinny WOW I really did enjoy this episode I like all the fish you're catching that's really good I like the shark you catch and the flounder that was really cool I really do enjoy watching all your episodes they are very good buddy 👍💪💪

Hey buddy they also open up stone crab season hopefully this year is going to be good I have a really good spot that I go that I usually get a real lot I usually use cut mullet in the trap Bush buddy 👍💪💪
🌴Hey bush , I’ve always wanted to fish that area just to see if it was any good , well I guess you answered my curiosity, getting caught in the rain isn’t fun but it’s Florida weather , that was a nice black drum ! 👍🏼
Hey Bush buddy yeah a lot of good fish now are going to be starting like trout bluefish flounder pompano everything I have a spot I usually go at Indian rocks Beach at sunset I usually get a lot of pompano Spanish mackerel and black drum in the net specially when it's a nice night buddy 👍💪
That second spot you were at used to be one hell of a spot to fish till the damn wind surfers and jet ski idiots took over. There’s a big hole over there where the big boys hangout at still. Man that spot brings back memories.
@ yep, that was the spot too! We would sit there and catch fish after fish for hours. You name it and we caught it. Dang shame the wind surfers and jet skiers took it over. Those folks were so disrespectful about it to. At first it was kinda cool seeing them out there then they just took over and didn’t care if you were fishing there or not, they would just ride right through where you were fishing smh 🤦♂️. Anywho you and I fish alot of the same spots hopefully one day we can run into each other and toss a line or two.

Usually the big black drum who can eat half a blue crab are in the 25-50 lb range. They are all around the big bridge pilings and are a great challenge on spinning tackle.
You anchor by the bridge? I tried my new anchor on my oldtown at Dunedin and nearly capsized because it got caught on something and with the current I could not get it up so I had to quickly cut the line 😅.
You should leave some of those pompanos for other people, you keep way too many of them, dude. You need to think of your livelihood as well release more fish.
