You try and push those two buttons at the same time without it going into clean mode. I've watched it clean TEN GD times without going into setup. Use Another Button.

When I put a timer on it doesn't clean at all, I don't like it on automatic cause then the walls get dirty from the soft poop/pee that hasn't clump

can the next firmware update fix the login screen, its not great i have to put my phone number in each time and Area code, plus password. it is Auto-logging out if the phone goes to sleep.
save login details or use face unlock for iphone.

Mine won’t empty after cat has left.

Pls check the Mode. If it's under Manual Mode, the machine will scoope only you click the Manual button on the Machine Body, or click the Manual button on App. Under Auto Mode, the machine will automatically work after the cat left. Under Timing Mode, the machine will work at the timing you set on App.
