Hi Dewey, No, not with these brushes. They're designed to be aggressive enough to remove contaminants, but soft enough not to damage white-wall lettering.
You can clean tires (or anything) just as good with lemon juice and baking soda. You can coat the tires with baby oil or olive oil. It's better when it goes down the drain/sewer too. Save some money.
This was highly informative. The presenter was far more tolerable than the previous young guy, whose vocal fry caused me to watch many videos on mute.
