I arrived two weeks ago (my 5th time here) and I am always finding something new. I enjoy jumping on the MRT and/or BTS, get off at a random station and just explore the neighbourhood. Every time I'm out and about I keep an eye out for you so I can say hi and thank you for your endless array of great content.
Have you ever try the new Monorail Skytrain like Yellow line that just open in July last year? It goes a little more around Bangkok if you want to explore a lot more around the city.
This video and the travel guide provides a meaningful insight into things to see and do in Bangkok. The travel guide in particular was well designed and easy to navigate. Fantastic work 👏
Nice to watch a video from a fellow Canadian! I was in Bangkok for two weeks back in November and did a lot of the things in this video, including going to Ayutthaya. I loved the vibe. It is vibrant yet chill at the same time. Definitely planning another trip!
Hello Alina! Bangkok is really worth a visit!!! Some friend of mine went to Thailand last summer and said that the whole country is fantastic and that Bangkok is an amazing city where to live comfortably. Thank you very much for showing us the main places to visit. ❤
Been using your Travel Guide whilst out here in Bangkok and it’s been incredibly useful. Can confirm some of those restaurant recommendations are 🙌🏼. Thank you for the efforts on putting it together 😊
What a great idea Alina. Producing your own guide books tailored to your interest. Harriet and I enjoyed our time in Bangkok as well. The guide is spot on. We have like minded tastes. We will pick up a guide to send to a friend who interested in Bangkok. Hope you're doing ok. Sending Hugs🫂 and Kisses💋 from Harriet, Jim and Yuki
Alina, thank you for this video! It's extremely interesting, and has so many pointers for those like me, who are considering going, but are clueless and intimidated with the "strangeness" of certain places. Keep your work! You are a great vlogger. ❤ Looking forward to exploring your guide
Extremely good and accurate list. I'm in BKK usually once or twice per year. The Sky Bar situation is mind blowing, particularly the Dome at the State Tower. I've been fortunate to have visited 165 countries, and BKK is easily my favorite city. Totally agree with you on ICON Siam, nothing in Dubai even comes close.
Hello Alina! 😁🙏👋🌟 I hope your having a wonderful day! This is really a marvelous super excellent video! 😄👍❤️👏📹🇹🇭🥇💯💫✨🌟 The city of Bangkok looks so truly magnificent! Also the Bangkok travel guide is absolutely fantastic! Very well designed and simple to navigate. It is really wonderful! 👏🥇💯🌟 All of these places to visit and things to do in the marvelous city of Bangkok are amazing! I would definitely like to visit the city of Bangkok one day. It’s really a fantastic city! Thank you so very much Alina to share with us this incredible video. You are the best and greatest world traveler adventurer! 😃👍👏✈️🌎📹🥇💯🏆💫🌟 I wish you Alina a excellent super fantastic glorious blessed day. 😊🙏❤️👋🇹🇭👍✨🌟
Thai people love so much you are beautiful and lovely, please be happy and always be careful and be mindful in everywhere. Thank you for visiting Thailand.
Great to see your top 12 list of Bangkok. Now we can compare that to the legendary list of Mark Wiens, and your Canadian other Chris Parker. Each of you has different preferences. Now it is up to me what I prefer and make my own list. Yes - next trip to Thailand is in 4 weeks and counting down.
Alina, congratulations on your new travel guide! It has a long history, beginning in antiquity with Pausanias description of all the places he visited in Greece. But he couldn’t provide photos, charts, maps and tips to give life to them. You’ve produced a travel guide that shows visitors everything essential to see and explore about Bangkok, whether its their first time there or they’re seeking to explore it more in depth. We’re all in your debt for making it a reality. 😊
Thank you for your guide for travelling. I myself am living Bangkok and some places I haven't had been visited like u did. Enjoy more exploring provinces in Thailand such as Nan, Phayao, Phatalung, Tak, Sukhothai and Phitsanuloke. Have fun. ;)
Ive owned motorbikes and had driven them sice i was 16. Not sure i could do the bike taxi with someone else driving.😂 Bangkok is definitely on the top our list to explore. Muchas gracias amiga for another epic video.❤ Cheers from 2 Canadians 🇨🇦 living in Mexico. 🇲🇽✌🏼🥰
Hello, I first lived there ( Bangkok ), from 1971 to 1975. Back then on most weekends there were not many vehicles on the roadways on Sunday. Siam Square was the good place to hang out, not like today so many teenagers. As a teenager I would ride the bus with my body hanging outside off the bus doorway. When the bus stopped I would go to the other bus doorway to avoid paying the fare. The bus was cheap and always jammed pack. ( on weekdays ). I missed the Bangkok of yesteryear. Things were simple. Today is commercialized. Yes, ma'am it was different. LIKE YOUR VIDEOS. THANK YOU.

@@AlinaMcleod I take the Google maps guide from Bangkok already. 🙏🙏 it was €13,90 (euro). May 6 I go back to Bangkok for a view days. Before I fly back to the Netherlands. 🌞
Well, if I ever get to Bangkok, I'll be getting you guide, as you impress me as a lady who grabs the world by the tail and devours it's experiences whole. Even without the guide, you've lists a jam packed two weeks to have your One Night in Bangkok. For my own reasons I'm holding out for your guide to Tokyo and maybe Japan as a whole.
Hi Alina, have you ever visited Rot Fai Park or its official name Wachirabenjathat Park? It's close to Chatuchak Market. Another really nice park that I highly recommend you visit.

Absolute praise and 100% agreement from a Bangkok veteran from Germany. Exemplary in contrast to other vloggers - riding a scooter ONLY with a helmet.
Thank you very much :)

24 years living and driving around the grand palace area I would not recommend motorcycle taxi's unless you have good medical and life insurance.
Yeah there's definitely risks involved. Safest way is to take it shorter distances that don't involve express ways.
