$150k for such a simple renovation is not justified. The design is simple but not very unique considering how many Japanese inspired-homes are out there and these designs are usually minialistic by nature. Makes no sense for renovation to cost that much
including furnitures not just carpentry. oven tv fridge etc
I think most of the cost went to the massive carpentry.

Though left more than 60 years lease..is very cheap for 1 million at this size!! U could not get similar property in other countries which don’t give safety assurance environment
