As information, if a person had fallen from a height or was involved in accident, the most important thing is Cervical or neck spine control. Normally We will apply a hard suitable neck collar for the patient. So handling, Lifting, manipulating a person in such cases should be very important. The person should move to the ambulance and hospital with minimum movement of the neck and back. There is a chance of spinal cord injury. So we should take care while lifting and moving such patients.
